I have tried a few and whenever I try to post a comment 4chan says something like "you've been blocked from range, IP " some shit like that, but an app called touchVPN works (not all locations though, it still gives me that message), it's full of ads but if you disable ads with lucky patcher all is well

A lot of software/VPNs are downloadable on laptops so search for those if you want.
