Well guys look on the bright side. No matter which faction you join,create or destroy you'll still most likely be dead before you turned RED

Some kind of raider. Or institute. I like the institute

I'd make a group of carpenters/architects and fix up all the broken down buildings across the country. Or maybe just one wasteland but you get the point. Who wants to stare at cracked asphalt and rubble all day? We'd start a wood mill and make fuck tons of wood planks and sell them so we could make new houses and maybe even start a quarry at a clay deposit and make some bricks to pave roads. Make settlements across the wasteland (specifically one in the pacific northwest) and persuade wanderers to settle down and start a school system. Maybe we'd even get connected with some old world scientific tech and be the most developed wasteland in the world.
