HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Biased retarded, Americans make fine cars since they're built from normal people and proper roads instead of midgets and slim pathetic routes.

???
You do realize that even Mercedes has FWD luxury cars, right?
>>1132777
Don't argue with stupid frog posters.
Next he's going to touch on something stupid like
>AUTOMATIC
or
>WINDOW TINT
>>1132777
Now that pic is better
>You do realize that even Mercedes has FWD luxury cars, right?
Wrong. A class and B class aren't luxury cars.
>>1132641
> Uruguayan """""""""""cars"""""""""""
>>1132908
none of those are uruguayan, kek (well maybe the Ami)
try a Twingo instead :^)
>>1132808
Autotragic is usual in luxury cars and window tint isn't a make-or-break thing. But the design and cheap plastics of the Lincoln in the OP are just atrocious. Being "outdated" is no excuse, the car is still a joke by 2009 standards.
Now look at this trash from an even more prestigious brand. Hell, Buick slots below it and the LaCrosse looks much better.
Automotive Technician here, AMA.
>>1132641
They're not that bad.
>>1133547
Why does GM suck so much?
>>1132641
lmao wheres the pedals
>>1133557
They're American.
>>1133547
in america, do americans have big shits in their automobiles? do americans fart in cart?
>>1133613
I worked on a car with a chicken coop in the back of it once. Chicken shit and various fast food wrappers were strewn about. That's about the worst I've ever seen, and nothing has really ever lived up to near that comparison.
No joke though, torn and smelly seats are considerably common, but that's actually due to ass sweat and is found even moreso in /fit/ people's cars. The tips are only there due to that shitty weak spongey Japanese material. I fucking hate it.
>>1133645
*tips=rips
On mobile, out and about, got fucked by autocorrect.
>>1133651
ok good i thought you meant that discarded foreskin tips were in there. that would be weird, even for america
are american cars able to turn yet? do any have more than 4 gears? are the engines still all in-line 24 cylinder 10.2L displacement units that only generate like 140 hp despite being over 99 feet long?
>>1133679
The latter end of that post genuinely made me chuckle, thanks for that.
>Yes, definitely. Without a shadow of a doubt.
>>1133612
makes sense lol
>>1133741
Our cars, unless they're older and distinctly designed for sport or luxury, suck absolute ass. You want good car? Go for German.
>>1132641
>uruguay
>too poor and underdeveloped to even make cars
A flinstones cart is luxury to your pointless mudhole country
>>1133679
>ok good i thought you meant that discarded foreskin tips were in there. that would be weird, even for america
>>1133756
What American car is neither of those though?
Also Doge and Ferd aren't too bad in my book
>>1133538
>autotragic
Oh, so you're a bus-riding fagg/o/t after all.
Luxury cars are built for, y'know, luxury. They're supposed to be fancy cocoons for its drivers who want a nice ride with smooth transmissions, comfortable leather seats, and great climate control as well as a fantastic sound system for their tunes.
The last thing anyone wants to do with their luxury cars is to quickly weave through traffic and constantly shift gears instead of enjoying the ride. Seriously, stop applying your "MUH MANUAL" autism onto literally everything when they don't belong there, whiny cunt.
>>1133756
What are you talking about? American SUVs last a million years, and I'm saying this as an Explorer owner.
Also, Ford Fusion is a great sedan and the Fiesta is a fantastic hatchback, baby do you think they sell a lot of the latter in Europe? It's even built in Germany.
>>1133855
>the Fiesta is a fantastic hatchback, why** do you think...
Auto-correct is weird as fuck
>>1133821
>implying you can't quickly weave through traffic in an autotragic
>implying shifting gears doesn't add to the enjoyment
Cuck
>be murrifat

>>1133855
>muh fusion
It's basically a mondeo and you know it
The best American cars are actually yuro, like the GT40
Hilarious that Ford is praised over seas while in Texas you could be called a faggot for driving one.
>>1133909
By whom? Last time I checked the F-150 was the best selling full size pickup in the US, despite its bed being pierced by an empty toolbox falling :^)
>>1133868
>Uruguay
>calling anyone else unable to afford anything
I bet you haven't even driven or sat in a car that was made within the past 10 years.
Besides, they only sell the manual Quadrifolgio in Europe, no one else can get stuck as an option in America and Asia even though it was listed and advertised to have one. Then again, it won't sell a lot and the automatic is still as fun and as dynamic as the stick.
>>1133928
You're literally referencing a chevy commercial, blow it out your ass
>>1133855
I'm laughing so fucking hard at that autocorrect type right now.
Anyways, recent year cars are "sorta kinda" starting to pick back up on their slack, but look at any of the cars that take up ~75% of the road. Have you ever had to work on one of those things?! It's living hell man, and they're everywhere. Only American brands that all look good, work good, and maintain well is probably Jeep, and both much older and newer Ford isn't that bad at all. The only thing worse than an American car though, is a Japanese car. They all fall apart so goddamn much.
>>1133933
>unable to afford
I never said that. Murrifats are literally banned from importing manual Giulias, that's how cucked thjey are, achmed. You should know, your country is doing the cucking.
>>1133909
Only redneck GM cucks call anyone who drives Dodges and Fords faggots, they know that their shitty Silverados will never be as reliable as the F150 and not as powerful as the Ram 1500 so they have to resort to insecure ad hominem.
>>1133954
That wasn't debunked :^)
Silverado>F-150, but for me I'd pick the Raptor

>>1134037
Yeah, they're the best thing to come out of America. Bongs and their Land Rovers can suck a dick.
>>1134037
MOPAR or no car, as they say :^)
>>1133928
It's just truck bullshit. Truth be told, Toyota makes a decent truck but since it isn't MURICCAN it's overlooked. My father recently purchased a Colorado and he loves the damn thing.
>>1133983
Again, it's all truck bullshit. It really is stupid.
My dad owns a Chevy, my uncle owns a Ford, my other uncle owns a Toyota, and they all hate Dodges, but would love to own a Hemi.
It's fucking retarded.
>>1134059

Nigger, Toyota trucks are tougher than reality itself, they're so ridiculously cheap to own and maintain because they keep a huge amount of their value for years here in my country.
>>1132641
>>1134109
I don't see you screeching about Mercedes using Renault engines and parts for their cars, so fuck off, busfag.
>>1134084
I've never had someone bring one in to my shop before, so I couldn't tell you what's under the hood without shamefully straight up googling it, but I know that's the more modern one. Personally I view it as more of a family, "kids in the back, mom and dad share it" kind of car. It doesn't have that rogue-esque or fucking "this will survive a bomb" look to it. I've worked with the brand a lot though, and I'd assume that it runs just as well as any other Jeep. Just don't go too extreme with the off-road with that thing, looks like a boulder would tear one of its walls off.
>>1134104
Nah, that's fair. But they can still work just like the others. The fact that they "fall apart" faster doesn't mean they are bad trucks. It means they are put into hard work, just like their competitors.
>>1134143
Only issue I have with Toyota trucks is how ugly they are. They want to be sleek Asian cars, nut rugged work vehicles.
>>1134143
>here in my country
Yeah, put them where rust is an issue and offroad isn't sand and watch them rot.

Now the real question, is GMC worth the extra dough from a Chevy nowadays? Back in the day they were engineered to last more with more rugged differentials and stuff, but what is the situation as of today?

Exactly, that's also the reason the aluminum Land Rovers have a steel frame
