I'd say my experiences with coke are exactly like my experiences with clubbing.

It's very expensive.

You have to go a long way out of your way to get some.

You have to deal with assholes to get in.

It's never very good.

The whole industry revolves around some carrot-dangling promise that "the really good stuff is just around the corner." Like it's all about to come together with great people, great times, great everything.

But it never does. You just end up feeling vaguely robbed.
