Coastal sunsets are quite comfy, where is this?
>>739236042
My first thought is "that's amazing" and that an apartment like that must cost a fortune. Then I became a social worker in Chicago and realized there are section 8 housing buildings with views like that in the middle of the city where it's like living inside a toilet.

Fat autistic neckbeards who love excuses to be holed up inside isolating and playing vidya - amirite?

Would love to be here where its humid
>>739237915
Or being able to do stuff without sweating all my water out
>>739237915
I don't like video games, but otherwise yes. Also the only time I'm ever cold is when I'm sick so summer is significantly more uncomfortable.
>>739238141
Love opening the window when its below freezing and getting a bunch of shit done. Refreshing and not sweating. No bugs either.
>>739234307
Probably my favorite

Just imagine, a small warm room, fan on medium setting, large comfy bed with the girl of your dreams in love with you lying beside you, large TV mounted in front of your bed watching you and your girls favorite movie/show, mini fridge packed with snacks and drinks, not a worry in the world, knowing there's sex to be had soon that night.
Only in a perfect world.

hard same
>wake up at 2 am where I am
>Gf of 4 years is sleeping beside me
>Reach over and rub her big pregnant belly
>Can feel my little baby kicking
>The storm in the gulf is making g it rain constantly
>My golden retriever is at the end of the bed snoring
>Turned off all the lights to watch the lighting flicker through the windows
>Go into my closet and find some weed I hid there a long time ago
>Pack a bowl and step out onto the porch
>It's a warm night, and the rain is constant
>Smoke that bowl and get a nice buzz
>There's a street light near my house which gives off a soft yellow glow
>Watch the rain bounce off the pavement
>Think about what it's going to be like when the baby is born
>Finnished with bowl and go inside
>Try to decide between final fantasy 9 or breath of the wild
>Need to get some shrines so go for breath
>It nighttime and rainy in breath of the wild as well
>Trying to dogure out how to burn the thorns off of the Hateno tower
>My cat comes over and lays across my lap
>Simultaneously switching between breath of the wild and this comfy thread
>Life is comfy right now with a 2 am thunderstorm going on adventures across Hyrule
Kinda stressed about the baby and nervous about being a daddy, but nights like this are perfect.

since when is being stuck out in the middle of a rain comfy?
So, comfy/b/ros, I have a small request.
I recently came into the ownership of a parcel of land (around 6 acres) as part of an inheritance. It's mostly wooded, but about a half-acre square in the center of the property is cleared, and is set up for water, septic, and electricity, plus has pre-run lines for coaxial that can be repurposed for internet very easily. I have more than enough money to set up just about anything I want, as I work a rather well paying job. I've been considering a utilitarian or tiny house.
My request is this: Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should build the dwelling or how I should organize it with the land, etc etc
>>739245487
There are a few boards on 4chan that could probably help more.
I've been thinking of a similar idea but so many options available.
>>739245487
>>>/diy/ is good with that kind of thing.
>>739245705
I'm in a position where I can buy a prebuilt stick shed from the company I work for and all the materials to finish the inside at a 20% discount. I've been considering doing that for it. Doesn't have to be big; just needs to support myself and my wife right now. If we decide to build a house later, the parcel of land is large and private enough that it won't be an issue to shuffle whatever I put there now to the side.
Just thought I'd try to get some ideas before the thread dried up.
you´re on the wrong board if you want some honest opinions
>>739245487
There are tiny houses that can be ordered, they can be customized, get a trailer, build a cabin yourself, etc.
Check the city housing laws first, some have restrictions on building sizes, mobility, in residential zoned areas and some tiny houses will not work.

I'm actually lucky because the town it's zoned in has it zoned as "Residential/Agricultural," so when I talked to the register of deeds, they were like "dawg, you can put whatever the fuck you want on it, make a BDSM dungeon for all we care, lol"
