need your help /b or a medfag

I have two problems
1) I'm always stressed as fuck. I can never really relax, overthink shit, lie awake half of the night, stress-eat etc.
2) I can't concentrate at all. It's studying time and it's very important, but my brain is always drifting around, never really focusing. Even as I'm writing this, my mind wanders to music and films

what can I do, /b? Can Weed help me?

You can try this new drug, krokodil. Don't panic about for example gasoline as long as you have that industrial cleaning oil to prevent any bad trips. This will open your mind for sure.
>>
>can weed help me

was just about to suggest smoking the devils lettuce.

I've got a friend who fucked up his back and his insomnia issues, so he smokes wed and it seems to do the trick for him. although he is a massive druggie and begged me to use my vape
>>
>>739081846

/B/ro, weed can and will absolutely help you. I know because I'm in a very similar boat as yours and weed always calms me down and lets me enjoy existing. The downside is once you're out (which I have been for the past week and been going insane) it can end up hurting you more, so it's definitely a double-edged sword.

Not to mention to get weed you need money, to get money you either need a job or NEET bucks and I have neither. I find ways to get money but it's never enough, either way though it's a vicious cycle, but that's drugs for you.

Anyway hopefully I score some more tonight. My friend flaked on me all fucking weekend and my fucking shitty fucking computer has been blue screening like mad this past week and my stress levels have never been higher.

if I ever do kill myself, I've decided that I'm taking this cunt of a machine with me. It's a shitty alienware PC I bought in 2013 for $6,000 when I actually had that kind of money, and I didn't even have it a year before it started giving an "uncorrectable hardware" BSOD randomly. And now it's on its last legs b/c it does it way way more and like I said, if I do an hero this fucking sand nigger-assembled piece of pakistani shit is coming with me. bet that.

Sorry for rambling. I'm probably autistic as fuck, but it's also b/c I really really really want some more fucking weed and I'm going insane.

maybe you shouldn't smoke weed after all b/c you don't want to end up like this bro trust me gosh damn someone kill me already

Weed or ritalin
>>
>>739083018
weed is illegal.
>>
>>739082631
idk anything about ritalin, but yeah, weed seemed to do the trick for him. like i said though, he's a druggie and is going absolutely nowhere so, if you want, go for it.
I've smoked weed, it's pretty fun, and when i get more cash, i might buy some more. definitely an expensive hobby though. if you want thc, i suggest eating edibles instead of weed, or vaping weed, those seem to give you more bang for your buck. also, when you vape weed, you can use the avb (already vaped bud) to make cannabutter, which is used to make edibles.

can you smoke weed seeds?

Psychologist student reporting in. Don't know if it's a thing for you, but it would help.

You could try mindfulness meditation, in the form of MBSR.

palousemindfulness.com

well, maybe see if you have some kind of stress disorder with a doctor
but right now, try zen-type quiet mind meditation. Sit in an easy position, but upright. listen to your breathing, try to take deep breaths but not so deep they can't be in a easy rhythm. Notice your thoughts but try to let go of them, don't dwell. Set a timer, start with two minutes. Just keep letting go of your thoughts, practice that. It takes practice but over time it's the best way I've found to deal with that thought-racing anxiety.

And that's quite harsh, especially for a musician; what instrument do you play? There are many forms of treatment for tinnitus, especially mild forms. Perhaps getting custom earplugs or inner ear headphones would be an adequate solution for you; I've seen them be very effective on musicians.

If you c-carefully adjust the gray noise as the instructions in m-my link state, you should be able to s-sleep much sounder.

As well, ask your doctor for a small script of Alprazolam, also known as xanax. This c-can significantly reduce the effects (with the added side effect of drowsiness, so be sure to take it after work).

T-that is a rare side effect, probably from too large of a d-dose. That is not typical of most experiences and s-should not be used to recommend if treatment is appropriate.

Ritalin and other stimulants are highly effective treatments for ADHD, but probably not useful in this case due to the anxiety issues.
