What generation you're born in isn't as significant as what morals you believe are worth living by. 54 yo here and I work with plenty of old farts that complain about how shitty their kids/grand kids are while never confronting how shitty they themselves are. I'm not saying there's no conspiracy. I've been reading into american conspiracies and the occult(and sometimes where they supposedly intersect) for decades now. There are people with disproportionate power and they would rather have people hate each other rather than hate them in order to keep that power. I sure did, mostly because I was not intending to delve into discussion. Instead I'd assumed the cultural role /b/ bestowed on me, and was acting on that role. That said, I remember when I was about 17, I joined a local group called the Luciferian Research Society. About half of them ended up being spiritual satanists, so I ended up researching them more than Lucifer. That said, I did pick up some interesting knowledge. For instance, those many names for the Devil? They were there back in the first Greek versions of the bible. Lucifer, the morning star, was simply an appropriation from Roman mythology.

The movement to combine all of those names into one, the devil, was fairly recent. I gave its name in my last post.

I've read the Torah actually, and I'm aware of הֵילֵל. However, I also know that the Hebrew bible only mentions him once, and in context it's clear that Hêlêl isn't the devil. I also know that the misconception began with the Vulgate, but that doesn't change the incorrect translation in the King James version.
