>>739076743 They are children. I doubt they honestly know what to like or hate yet. The millennials (Gen Y) are only just now about to turn 18. So most of Gen Z has yet to even be born.. For fuck sake can we learn to define things and agree on those meanings before we argue about what they do or do not hate.
>>739077017 Generations meant at one time 120 years later 70 then forty years now 20. So Gen z does not really yet exist.
>>739077351 So are you trying to change the definition?
Baby Boomers 1945 to 1961 or 64 depending on who you ask. That would be ALMOST 20 years. Then Gen X 1965 to 1985. Then Gen Y or the Millennials 1985 to 2005. and now Gen Z which for the most part are still kids and have not yet fledged the next generation. So what exactly does a 12 year old know about the term SJW or feminism?
>>739075182 no functioning adult keeps the entire set of beliefs they had when they were early teenagers.
religious and familial beliefs aside, maturity always changes people to create more understanding and empathy.
why do teen drivers have so many accidents? because they think they're smarter than everybody else and that no bad things will happen to them. why do drivers in their 30's and 40's not have as many auto accidents? because they have learned from experience to change their behaviors.
your concept was enough to garner responses - good job. ultimately your observations (limited to your own experiences - not scientific) created an unsupportable theory.
nice try though - it's hard to be truthful and relevant in the internet age. oh, and that video was childish in its execution and limited in its breadth.
>>739075182 You forgot to include the Alt-right, Republicans, and trumptards. We're a moderate left leaving generation as a whole but we fucking dispise your ignorant white-trash republican ass. Don't get me wrong, go too far left and the retarded police are just as much in order, but god, it's like Trump came into office and spread retard aids among all his Republican underlings
>>739081412 But because you shit tards came here for my opinions on left leaning groups I'll continue.
Black lives matters is hypocritical. The entire point of the black civil rights movement is that whites as the majority have created a society which does not represent, respect, nor do enough to support minority groups within it. Yet this community of blacks, the vast majority among the minority groups, have chosen to represent only themselves in their title black lives matter. Would have respected a name like all lives matter or minority lives matter as data shows police shooting are more closely related with poverty level than race.
Feminism has moved from a once proud and dignified movement to a group that no longer remembers why it exists. Don't get me wrong, there are the 'Emma Watson feminists', educated individuals who understand exactly where the roots of misogyny are in our society, but the other 80% of the privilegetards are just out to feel important and have an excuse for not going into a STEM major as they now realise they should have
>>739082206 No one wants to be opressed. Fuck off retard. Just because you idiots brainwashed your daughters into believing they were less than men, doesn't mean most of them haven't figured out by now that you're full of shit. Gen-X has a pretty even ratio of men to women in stem majors, meaning the wage gap will close in the next 5-10 years and the ratio of stay at home dad's to stay at home mom will stray closer to 1-1
I'm not on board with the liberal agenda, but that video was the dumbest thing I think I've ever seen. They thwarted their own message by sticking petty insults where actual points should have been. It's like it was made by a child.
That's probably the point, it's probably a troll trying to get a rise out of people. And im an idiot for falling for it.
But still, it just seems like they've wasted their own time and energy. What's the point?
>>739082664 Because they aren't racist fucks. Islam is one of the world's largest religions and the vast majority of Muslims are great people. It, like any other religion can be used for extremism. See the Salem witch trials or crusades for humanity (the largest percentage genocide by a religious group in which 14% of the world's population died). Get your ignorant ass a GED at least, please
>>739082884 Samefag here just pointing out that this is coming from someone who, If I had my way, would see all religion gone. organized religion has caused just about every war in Western and middle Eastern history. I have no beef with spiritualities like Buddhism, when's the last time you heard about a Buddhist extremist, but organized religion can fuck off
>>739083003 I have a girlfriend of 5 years retard. Maybe in bed most women like to be dominated, but she's going into a 5 years bachelor master's program in Aerospace engineering while I'm going for a bachelor's in CS. I guarantee if you actually talked to women or experienced their existence beyond porn you'd realise that 99% of the time the only difference between them and you is in your ironically elitest head
>>739083312 wrong. Women like to be dominated at all levels. Modern feminist western women are MENTALLY ILL though and so their EGOs are preventing them from being dominated although that is their true inner desire
>>739083450 It's okay little guy. Not all of us can go to college. Nothing I'm going to say will cure you from your obscene ignorance, so go back to your tissues in your moms basement now and let the intelligent and educated people talk.
>>739083504 Because someone mentioned that it was 18 and under, or people who grew up with the internet. I honestly don't remember a time without the internet. I can't relate to any millennial things at all, but can relate to generation z things. Also Wikipedia says it
>>739083678 Generations are loose definitions. I consider myself Gen-X being born in 1998 as that's where most put the line. I after we're the internet generation or the generation that had access to unlimited information from the get go which has allowed even some of us in rural areas to escape the stupidity and brainwashing of those around us. We are a generation of science, statistic and fact
>>739083450 The same is true for men. That's why we have monarchs/presidents/prime ministers/etc. People crave being controlled because it makes decision making(which most people have an innate distaste for) much easier.
I don't give a damn if you disagree, but if I can get yo u to consider a different line of thought, I'll be mildly pleased.
That being said; who/where did you get this idea from? Did you believe them because it was easier to accept this generalization than to gauge all people on individual scales? Do you realize that while all people share certain traits and wants, something else we all share is that we each have minds that produce nearly entirely unique ideas and opinions? Last question; knowing that all people think differently, is it really difficult for you to believe that different people are drawn to different things?
>>739084047 You have more patience than I, friend. I think he came here thinking that our generation would welcome his ignorance, when in fact were the least likely to put up with extremism and misinformation from any side
>>739084294 What generation you're born in isn't as significant as what morals you believe are worth living by. 54 yo here and I work with plenty of old farts that complain about how shitty their kids/grand kids are while never confronting how shitty they themselves are. I mean, they hate these kids because 'they don't care about anything' and because this is a time of social change when they've become used to the way the world was. Almost all of them lived through the 50' and 60's and saw first hand what racism did to our culture and what became of the people that were pro-racism at the time. Even so, the majority see social change becoming prominent again for different groups(women being one of them) and shit on people for simply playing with the idea that maybe what we used to think was acceptable really isn';t acceptable anymore.
I'm sure that was poorly put and I can't be bothered to fix it up for you anons, but my point is that it's not age that matters. It's outlook and perspective. If you are a negative person you will seek the negative in the world and people around you. Same goes for positive people. You make yourself what you are regardless of what the world is around you, and if you can't tackle your own demons, you will be consumed by them. This has always been true and likely will always be true.
>>739085016 >its da jews Negative outlook=negative person.
Whenever someone says something you don't want to hear, it will be the jews because you have decided that it's the jews fault that you are unhappy. Good luck though. Maybe you'll get lucky and the curse will break one day. maybe you'll die as a husk only barely filled by a dank and foul combination of longing and spite. Only your actions(or lack of) and time will tell. Enjoy life if you can, stranger.
>>739085653 I'm not saying there's no conspiracy. I've been reading into american conspiracies and the occult(and sometimes where they supposedly intersect) for decades now. There are people with disproportionate power and they would rather have people hate each other rather than hate them in order to keep that power. Saying it's the jews is falling victim to this simple tactic. Saying that the jews want you to treat women as human beings rather than as sex objects for their cupsnirmacy to work is pretty dumb, to be honest. I mean no hate by that, mind you. It just doesn't add up for me.
From what I understand, there are between 7-13 families that secretly run the world and they would much rather you blame the jews than them, though a few of them are "jews". They want you to blame the jews, because that'll lead you down a path of red herrings and false leads.
Honestly, there's not a lot average people can do to shake up the system. Teaching people to care about each other though, cuts right through their hate-thyneighbr tactic and makes revealing the actual enemy that much easier. Attention that used to be focused on hating race/religion can now be focused on hating the actual oppressors and profiteers behind the veil(big business/people pushing for true capitalism).
Ok. Enjoy life. Never know what might happen just like you never really know what is the true truth. If you must delude yourself into believing that you of all people in the world having cracked the da vinci code, that's your business. Who knows. Maybe you're right. But maybe not.
I hope it doesn't become a complex and I hope you can appreciate every little thing that is good in your world regardless of what you blame the negative on.
>>739075182 Funny, i thought they hated all of those things because the internet told them to hate it. You hop on youtube nowadays and its literally impossible to feminists or liberal shown in a good light, even the, dare i say, few justied ones get grief. As soon as you slap the label on something it instantly draws hate. That doesnt sound like intelligent judgement to me.
>>739086979 Listen brother. I don't joke about that. He would like you to believe that, and soon enough Trump there will introduce you to Lucifer.
Sadly though Trump will claim he is the second coming of Christ, Lucifer that is, not Trump, and that Lucifer is here to "Rapture" us all away. Many will convert on that day, and bow, but sadly to the wrong being.
>>739086979 Comparing Trump to Lucifer is doing old Lucy a disfavor. He is a king in his own right, and was gifted a kingdom as farf rom god as any kingdom can be. Most people paint him out to be evil because...well, because it's very easy(and profitable for certain groups) to do so. The truth though, he's more of a chaotic neutral. He is on good terms with god in the bible; they regularly make bets and deals. It's also worth mentioning that the only time Lucifer actually does moral wrong is when he is prompted to by god. Interesting note, right? Everything else evil associated with him is stuff that hasn't happened yet. As in, god gets the guy to play antagonist in whatever bet he thinks up and then later calls him evil, although he ASKED him to play that role. Knowing this and considering Lucy's different role int he new testament can lead to some interesting ideas about control and slander.
>>739086953 If they are in a position of power, one should assume that they are at least partially corrupted by it. I agree that they should be the shepherds, but disagree about where the sheep should be lead(at least in the context of your insinuated beliefs).
>>739075182 Generation Z hates racists, ultra conservatives, and spongebob squarepants too. They hate 4chan, trolling, and especially you anon. Though, number one on the charts, they hate when people speak for them.
>>739087659 Do you enjoy rewriting history? Or do you just like it when other people do it. I know it's one of the two, given that Lucifer predates Christianity, there is no evidence that revelations is about Lucifer, and the only other place he's possibly mentioned in the bible is in the vision in Isaiah.
>>739089238 And? Those say nothing of actually being a racist. I realize the term has been watered down, so let me be more specific. I'm referring to racists as those who openly and legitimately hate a race, and especially those who act on it. Racism itself is not inherently evil, and those who harbor it include all humans. Yet, all humans are not all racists.
>>739089053 Neither. I recognize that the bible references multiple big bads just as yhwy is far from the only "One True God" mentioned in the bible. He gets referred to by names that used to be reserved for the likes of Odin and Ra just like Lucifer is referred to as Satan/the devil/etc. Knowing this is done(because of the crusades and Rome's final attempt at a unified world power through religion) makes it easier to pick out the fallacies in the stories of the bible. I felt it wasn't worth going into at the moment because the people posting most of this stuff seem to have pretty basic grasps on the world they live in. Maybe I misread the audience, though. Wouldn't be the first time. Won't be the last.
>>739090131 Not a luciferian. You assume a lot with little information. Perhaps this is a fault worth working on?
I am an atheist highly interested in religion, conspiracy and the idea(because it can only ever be an idea) of 'good'. Maybe you're aware of information I'm not. Doesn't mean I'm trying to taint the water hole.
If you think it's worth the effort, why not tell me what you think is wrong with what I've posted. Definitely interested in another perspective/relatively new information on the topic.
If we're being honest, most of what you've shared so far is >you are wrong and also I disagree with what you said and that doesn't exactly paint a clear picture.
>>739090569 It is appropriate to assume someone is Luciferian when they praise Lucifer, and it is understandable to mistake posters for each other on an anonymous board. If you want someone's opinion, I'd recommend not judging them unjustly first. Perhaps this is a fault worth working on?
>>739090975 Oh, ok. Crystal clear now, m8. You got a good point there.
Did you know that there were chips placed into japanese products that, because of a loophole, did not need to be ok'd by any kind of higher power before distribution? The theory is that the Jap government, in fear of nuclear war, decided to circulate enough items with these mini emp devices that if necessary, they wouldn't have to declare war, because they could simply cut all communication in a given area and blow them to kingdom come before they knew they were under attack. Not much info out there to back the idea, but plenty of foil-hats used to love rambling about it when i was travelling as a young man.
>>739076577 It really makes you think, because it reminds me of the definition of Generation Y and its inextricable moniker of Millennial. In other words, go fuck yourselves, you label-munching monoliths. Fuck almighty, fuck the fuck off. Fuck.
>>739091084 Point made and noted. You're right and I'm both guilty of doing what I accused you of and sorry for it. To be fair, you were on the offensive right out the gate on that one with little backing information.
I am still interested in hearing your thoughts on this. If I've been misdirected in my study, better to correct it late than never.
>>739091533 I sure did, mostly because I was not intending to delve into discussion. Instead I'd assumed the cultural role /b/ bestowed on me, and was acting on that role. That said, I remember when I was about 17, I joined a local group called the Luciferian Research Society. About half of them ended up being spiritual satanists, so I ended up researching them more than Lucifer. That said, I did pick up some interesting knowledge. For instance, those many names for the Devil? They were there back in the first Greek versions of the bible. Lucifer, the morning star, was simply an appropriation from Roman mythology.
The movement to combine all of those names into one, the devil, was fairly recent. I gave its name in my last post.
Lucifer when created. The devil when he usurped the throne. The serpent when he tempted the 2 Hebrews in the Garden. The devil again when his offspring, Cain was banished from among Adams offspring. He will be known as the Dragon and Anti-Christ in our future.
I don't hate him. I just feel regret that he does not see how easily he could accomplish his goals. Instead he plays the fool to Gods demands and predictions played like a pretty little fiddle.
>>739092892 Except the serpent is never called Lucifer, and it's only in the King James and later versions of the bible that Lucifer and the devil are equated. Much of the story of the angel Lucifer that we know is a relatively modern creation.
>>739093783 I've read the Torah actually, and I'm aware of הֵילֵל. However, I also know that the Hebrew bible only mentions him once, and in context it's clear that Hêlêl isn't the devil. I also know that the misconception began with the Vulgate, but that doesn't change the incorrect translation in the King James version.
>>739092125 Original anon oyu were responding to here. Can you elaborate on the origins of Lucifer? I think I'm familiar with what you're getting at, but want to hear what you know.
And are you implying that what is called Lucifer in the bible is some other being altogether? Who/what is the being that borrowed the name? If Lucifer were a real being that you worshiped, which deital figure would you actually be worshiping?
