I was working on one a while back. Abusive hugbox, I thought it. Basically, an overly nice woman treated the smarty like a baby, which drove it nuts. Refusing to use the litter box and sorry poppies were treated like an accident, so the smarty was diapered. Knocking over the food bowl and spilling the water resulted in the smarty being bottle fed, insults were treated as the smarty was too little to speak properly, the blocks and ball were deemed too dangerous for a baby fluffy, and, to add insult to injury, a pretty bow was tied in the smarty's mane.

This continues until the smarty is humiliated and frustrated to tears, at which point the sobbing, diapered, bow-wearing smarty is paraded in front of his herd.
