>>734533574 Communism is shit though. Fuck China, Russia and Cuba. A mix of capitalism and socialism is good, like the Nordic countries, just don't take in too many refugees and it'll all be good. Iceland and Finland are the shit.
Sage this shit into oblivion. Communism is fucking stupid - it has never worked and never will. Karl Marx never had any political or economic experience: he never held any political office or ran a company, or indeed contributed anything at all to society. Lenin and Marx were both kikes intent on destroying civilisation to enable (((them))) to take complete control and oppress the proletariat even further. Kill yourself commie fag, you won't be missed. At all.
'Communism' is neither "shit" nor "good" since it implies certain things that are infinitely more important than some political programmes and delusions of grandeur of certain parties. And it's certainly not about the overthrow of 'capitalism' where some radical party fighters subjugate a certain nation state, this can't last too long because of economical reality of relations of capital, which poisons all revolutionary endeavours whenever someone tries to establish 'communism in one country'. This remains and will remain in the 20th century, which is over, and there's no going back. Nontheless, modern capitalist elites are a perverted kind of Luddites who consciously hinder mankind's development in order to preserve their political order and power. There's no other way really, since all liberal reformism depends on elites, who - see above, it's a vicious circle. I don't mean fetishist revolution worship with red flags and vanguard parties, it only means when things are that bad, the people's got to change the cultural, political and economical reality itself, it's a question of survival of the species as such, not of a petty political agenda.
>>734533910 You are neck-deep in post-modern American ideological sewage, none of the words and notions you use mean what you think they mean. Educate yourself or end up in the dustbin of history.
But...to be fair- the purest form of comunism still exist... on american soil! The hamish or whatever the fuck their name is, are the perfect example of comunism. Driven by fate or not- it's still comunism... and it works.
>>734533574 >education ...full on propaganda >housing ...shit cramped flats that are now being torn down in former communist countries >medical care ...waiting forever for surgeries, having everything portioned out
>>734537069 I don't like the background of the right side of that poster, people that turn up at protests/marches/ whatever with their faces obscured are either cowards afraid of their beliefs being exposed or people who don't actually believe anything and are just there start shit so a riot might break out and they can start looting.
>>734533574 Communism is based on marxism. Marxism holds that all ideologies are a product of socio-economic and historical relations. The material dialectics, the material conception of history, or the histo-material conception of social actuality. This means that either, on a strong ontological conception, a: An ideology is true only relatively to a specific culture at a specific time, or, on a weak epistemological principle, b: that an ideology is only relatively held to be true by a specific culture at a given time. Marx explicitly using "all". Or universally quantifies is thesis. Here we meet an apparent paradox, that is absolute relativism, analogues to the peri trope (Marx should've read some more plato). It is inconsistent to hold that everything is relative, as the use of everything implies absolutism. Or more concretely, marxism and communism by extension becomes self-reflective, as it is itself an ideology, and as such according to its own founding principles can not be universally true, but only so relatively. Communism is a paradox. However, communism in its inconsistency does give one something that is fruitful. It gives a standpoint, or a distance to capitalism that is indeed needed in order to give an appropriate definition and critique of capitalism. In or to define we must be able to see, in order to see the picture, we must distance. What communism is good for, is a stance where it is possible to evaluate how capitalism is best aided towards the goal of communism. Here one could speculate "How do we turn peace in to a better business than war?" etc. This however means that a revolution presupposes exactly what it is communism is trying to negate. Stop being faggots and get an education.
>>734537562 How can a country be communist? Either it's a global revolution or it's not 'communism', a single country will inevitably be under such an external economical pressure so its faux communism disappears in a matter of years and it forcefully undergoes capitalist transformation (see capitalist dictatorships of eastern Asia's "communist parties").
>>734538805 that would have been a bad move. Russia already had something like 20 million in casualties from WWII. The Cold War, as long as it went on, was better than a knock-down, drag-out war that would have been Russia's (or the Soviets, if you prefer) fight for utter survival
>>734536717 >education ...full on propaganda WOW its almost like education is going to support the ideology of the society it was built it! >housing ...shit cramped flats that are now being torn down in former communist countries Better than what was there before. Newsflash. Old building get replaced. >medical care ...waiting forever for surgeries, having everything portioned out Rather wait for a surgery than not be able to afford surgery.
Basically anyone who doesn't support communism is ether a spoiled middle class first worlder (global top 15%), rich, petty bourgeoisie, or a huge class cuck (usually do to brainwashing). Most of the USSR is OBJECTIVELY worse off under capitalism.
>be Soviet Union >have 2nd fastest growing economy of the 20th century >have zero unemployment >have continuous economic growth for 70 straight years (except WW2) >have zero homelessness >end famine >have higher calorie consumption than the USA >end racial inequality >make all education free >99% literacy >have most doctors per capita in the world >eliminate poverty >more than double life expectancy >be 25 years away from reaching parity with the western world >>>switch to capitalism >GDP instantly halves >40% of population drops into poverty >7.7 million excess deaths in the first year >one in ten children now live on the streets >infant mortality and tuberculosis reach third world levels >life expectancy decreases by 10 years >original communist party becomes so popular the 1996 election has to be rigged to prevent them from winning >>"but socialism doesn't work!"
>>734539210 Much of what was built or achieved in the Soviet Union was on the backs of forced labor, and about 20 million people either went to gulags or forced labor camps. If that's what it takes to build your successful society, no thank you.
