I have no idea. I'm originally from Michigan moved to Florida. Michigan has a law about if the girl is under age but over age of consent so 16/17 that it's not any sort of rape if there's less than 4 years difference in age. So 20/21. But there's no laws protecting young men or women in the 18-21 year old range if they have sex with a party that's under 15 and they were lied to about the age. Just like with the guy I know.
