My weight loss. I was 300+ now down to 155

I did it while going through college and then a full time job post graduation.

As if you cannot lose weight while working.

There's lots of ways to lose weight. And they can be easily implemented in your working life. Whatever job you have.
Cut snacks and drinks with sugar. And watch your sugar intake on the whole. Don't overeat.
These are just some things that come to my amateur mind when thinking of things you can do while working to lose weight. No extra time taken from you.
If you do a little research you'll find lots of ways to lose weight just by changing up your food intake. While working all the same.

Why quit your job? Get up early and exercise or go for a walk/run/whatever. Work. Get off work. exercise more. Don't eat junk food. Never drink soda pop. Eat vegetables. Drink a protein powder fruit smoothie. It's a matter of your ATTITUDE like everything else.
