Fucking this!

Muslim Ban 1 - Denied!
Muslim Ban 2 - Denied!
Build the Wall - Denied!
Keystone Pipeline - Denied!
Deregulate the coal industry - unfortunately he did do this one.
Supreme Court Pick - Denied!
Repeal ACA - Denied!

He has effectively not done jack shit except fuck up the environment by deregulating the coal industry. Chuck Schumer is going after the coal deregulation very soon though.

Even many members of the GOP are against him now. He's losing more and more support with each passing day.

The Trump supporters won this one. Trump handled this brilliantly. The bill was crap because the ultra conservatives wanted too much cut/rolled back from ObamaCare. By forcing the vote, Trump can now point to every Rep who voted no and say to the world, "These are the people who voted to keep Obamacare." Then, when they start getting worried about the next primaries, he can go back and get a bill that keeps the good parts of Obamacare and gets rid of the crap. Plus, they might be able to use this debacle to force that shithead Ryan out of the Speaker post.

And the GOP, seven years to figure out a better plan and all they came up with was "Niggers suck we need to get rid of Obongo-Care to teach that dirty nigger his place."?

Conservatism's rationality is dying here and it's not good for the country.

Trump care was so bad because Trump wanted it to be bad, so he could put forth his real version the second time.

>>
>>726721647

because of obamacare it will take me 7 months to recover from the tax season in my state instead of 3, I won't get to buy extra eggs to eat and I must eat more rice

obamacare makes me buy something instead of saving money, my account has been in decline since obamacare was introduced

I play freeMMO's to get games and I can't buy a car to get away from this town to get a better job

obamacare fucked me and my employer cannot give me full time because they cannot afford it, forced benefits for full time

if they give me over 30 hours one week, I get less the next week so I have to plan my weekly paychecks two months in advance

people like me exist, I want the forced tax money back because I sit right on the line of a "just elligable for the next tier of tax" and I barely get 100 dollars a month to spend on myself, including lunches

I rather have fewer days off than have to buy a lunch which is 5 dollars or less, I eat less healthy that way

a dozen eggs costs me $1.39 during the year

I also have a facial deformity that obamacare promised to cover, and I am not cleared because that common deformity has a side deformity that is most often included with it that obamacare wont cover

tell me we don't deserve this

No, let's all focus on the ACA that was completly wormed through with so many stop-gaps that even if they wanted to, it would be almost impossible to replace. Which, by the way, the Healthcare companies wrote.

do you expect that donald "noone knew healthcare would be so compicated" trump will ever have any input towards the healthcare reform?

The narrative that it is Ryan who destroyed Trump's plan has been pushed by breitbart ever since polls first showing unfavourable reactions towards trumpcare. This is why Trump does not want his name on it and we get bannon's shills here trying to push the idea that Ryan is the one killing his own brainchild

In reality the problem is that the hardliners think that it's too benefitial to sick people, moderates are worried about what will happen to the midterms if they roll out a plan that's kicking off 25 million people off healthcare (over 10 years or so but that's not how you write inflamatory headlines), the democrats will torpedo it out of spite and several members of the GOP leadership simply do not like Trump enough to support him on this.

What the republicans need to do is just chill the fuck out a bit. The Affordable Care Act took more than a year to roll out (still too fast for most republicans) and even then it is marred with imperfections (especially as the republicans gutted it before allowing it to pass. Possibly out of spite, possibly knowing that if they sabotaged it then, then it would be easier to repeal now).

I understand why the Trump administration is trying to push through everything so quickly; His apporval ratings are abysmal and one of the most common critizisms towards him is that he will not deliver on his promises. The administration is trying to prove people wrong which is nice and all but they need to stop doing it so fucking hastily.

Just chill the fuck out. Take a year or so cosntructing a replacement. The GOP has only been working on this replacement plan for... oooh 7 years now. What's another 12 months between friends.

Or do they know that they might not have 12 months? Seriously, what's the rush?

>How do you "fix costs" ?

That's actually a decent question.

Most spending on health care is at end-of-life. Heroic measures to keep the dying not dead for One More Day are a huge problem in the US health care system. Get rid of that, even the easy and obvious waste here, and you can drop total costs by 20-30% easy.

It doesn't fucking matter why they are in that situation. It doesn't matter if they gambled away their life savings or if they are a lazy fuckwad who refuses to do an honest days work.
Unless your solution is letting people die on the streets; we all pay. If hospitals have to treat the out of work lazy fuckwad who just sliced his dick off trying to fuck a rusty beer can, they will treat him and release him. They will make their money by charging people with insurance more. That's how the system works.

The only solution is some setup that gets these people on insurance so that the risk is pooled by more people and there is an insurance company able to negotiate prices on behalf of the insured.

And maybe some healthcare reform. Like seriously the US gets nothing for the money they spend on healthcare. Some European governments pay less pay person in healthcare than the US government with very small commitments to healthcare, and they still manage to more or less cover all the population with adequate care.

I just dont get the Keystone Pipeline. As I understand it - It'll be Canadian oil, pumped through our country in pipe made with foreign materials, so they can refine it and sell it to someone else, only creating around 30 permanent jobs for Americans.

And they're using eminent domain to seize land owned by American citizens to do it? And we take all the risk of it leaking into our soil/water?

I'm a conservative and I just don't see how that is what's right for us or our land

The GOP has been so focused on putting that filthy nigger back in the cotton fields they forgot they were supposed to have some form of plan.

The sad thing is that the ACA is no great piece of legislation. It needs work, but instead of trying to do the best for the country the GOP was focused completely on hating the nigger president. They've spent all of their money on swift-boating every Democrat that gets too popular and seem to have forgotten even the broadest points of what the party used to stand for.

This petty attitude is why conservatives hate us right now. You faggots just don't realize the damage this does to the liberal causes you're fighting for. This is a childish response to have, especially in a political climate that has one side ready to start killing the other. "HA HA WE WON" is not a political stance. Stop acting like children and mourn the fact that we cannot seem to find ANY common ground to work with, even within our own political parties.

I wanted to see this succeed, even though I would've lost my coverage as a result. I wanted to see the Republican party deliver on ANY of their campaign promises, or prove to us that they even know how to cooperate with others in order to achieve a goal LIKE ADULTS. We should rejoice that the bill is dead silently, while publicly mourning our inability to work together to solve this problem we ALL agree needs to be solved somehow.

No regulations is the worst thing we could possibly do to ourselves at this point. It takes away accountability, and its what allows companies to SELL OUR JOBS OVERSEAS people. Get your head out of your ass and take Econ 101.

They can though! At least...I mean they can behave like the politicians we knew them to be. I think the problem is that they've been operating "business as usual" but the American people are just starting to figure out that "business as usual" is corrupt and unacceptable. But we see now that Paul Ryan was able to unite at least some of them to agree that his bill was a better alternative to Trumps. Honestly, I think Trump shut down the entire thing because he knew everyone would support Ryans and not his. Which is terrifying enough, knowing the President is threatening us to accept his bill or none at all. Of all the people he should be cooperating with right now, it should be the speaker of the GD house who ALSO happens to be part of his own gd party. It's depressing to witness. They can't even agree with each other, what hope do democrats have?
