Tressemme is just to smooth out your hair, Any medicinal soap for Dermatitis will dry the fuck outta of your hair, it will litterally feel like dead grass and look like shit. Try Selsun Blue with menthanol for starters, The dermatitus will never really go away, its like hep, you ll have outbreaks and some days will be better than others. Try seeing a doctor if the selsun blue doesnt work, or if you just want the uber shit.

Also try cutting your hair short, and when you get the shamppoo scrub it in really good, then let the Shamppoo sit in your hair for ten minutes before rinsing, its better to do this at night since obviously no man has the time to spend 30 minutes just washing there hair in the morning. Do the same for the conditioner, the longer you let the shampoo sit the better
