Depends.
Get the right sleeve and it feels fucking amazing and you can buy others with different textures if you ever get bored ontop of adjusting the suction factor.

Downsides are it does require thorough cleaning by hand but its just water and light scrubbing then letting it dry(3 minutes max than 20 or so turned inside out to dry) when you're done with it, it tends to be a little colder than room temp and they, as well as i, recommend you warm it up(hot water in a bowl or something and a little time to soak OR buy the purpose made heater if you got the dosh and want it to stay dry), plus lube(astroglides the best and it cheap) which you'll have to buy separate and maybe add a little water to.

Weigh those pros against the cons.

It was easy enough for me cause i already buy lube and have a water boiler thing for tea and coffee on my counter so no real time/money wasted just for it and the chicks i live with give 2 shits about questionable objects being left out to dry so no issues there either.
