>>724123400 Try taking a multivitamin. I was running into similar problems, turns out I've had an iron deficiency since I was a kid. Just grab a generic pack of 350 multi vitamins or something (not more than 12-15 bucks) and take one a day. Worked wonders for me.
Getting a proper sleep schedule in helps too. Sleeping too little, or too much, both have the same negative effects. There are some apps that regulate your schedule and key you into "optimal" times to sleep to get the most restfulness out of it. I would recommend checking them out.

How about steamed veggies, nuts, eggs, fish, salads and berries instead? Thank me later, that's gonna do wonders. I go to the gym 5 times a week and do wrestle time to time. No tiredness for me when I sleep well.

What foods are you eating? How much of those foods are you eating? What are you drinking? What are your daily routines and habits? How much sugar do you consume in a day? Do you work out? If so, how much of what do you do?
>>724128442 If I read something and the first couple of sentences are shit, then I assume the rest of the post is shit, and I don't waist my time. >actual sense or knowledgeable input That is what I mean. Nobody actually helped OP since no health issues were ever addressed. It was just stupid people saying "do this!" or "try this" or blah blah blah. You need answers to these basic questions to even start figuring out health issues.
