Why am I always low on energy? It doesn't matter how much food I take. Rather, eating food makes me go even lower because metabolism takes energy. What do?

Life is just a spiral, either you increase, remain "somewhat static" or you decrease. Fact is you will start physically dying after 30 anyway.

Me, I prefer increasing because it is a more active style of life, away from boredom, depression and all that gay shit lazy people on here advocate for.

Try taking a multivitamin. I was running into similar problems, turns out I've had an iron deficiency since I was a kid. Just grab a generic pack of 350 multi vitamins or something (not more than 12-15 bucks) and take one a day. Worked wonders for me.

Getting a proper sleep schedule in helps too. Sleeping too little, or too much, both have the same negative effects. There are some apps that regulate your schedule and key you into "optimal" times to sleep to get the most restfulness out of it. I would recommend checking them out.
