For exercises I'm trying to follow pic related, plus planking sometimes. I do everything at home, only equipment I have is a 10kg dumbbell . I also jog to school on a tilted road every day and when I come back I stopped taking the elevator so I'm climbing ~150 stairs, sometimes twice that amount if I'm going out. The only bad shit I take in my body is a daily cup of coffee with no sugar/milk, and on the weekends I usually go drinking and occasionally smoking(meaning I cheat and get duh munchies)
