Yes, but In Rainbows is much more neutral sounding to people that, lets say, dont listen to radiohead. Kid A is best album for radiohead fans but it still has a punk style electronic vibe to it, which is much more genre specific, whereas in rainbows is better suited for folks who dont know radiohead but want a good introduction to the band. Thats why i think its the better album
