Hi /b/ i have been noticing for a while that i dont understand people when they talk to me, i just heard them and nod with the head and say yes but never understand the message, sometimes i tell them please to repeat but i cant understand what they say,
why i cant understand when people talk to me ?
im a normal person, 30 yo, never had this problem 5 years ago

it could be auditory processing disorder. i have it myself and i have to get people to repeat things 4-5 times for me, and sometimes even after all that i won't understand. like i can hear every word they said, but it just doesn't register. it seems worse in noisy environments as well. however, if you didn't have this 5 years ago, i'm not 100% sure its apd. i was diagnosed when i was about 12. good luck :->

i can hear perfectly and i was focus in the conversation, i tell hi mto repeat again but stil cant undestand the thing, i dont know if that guy dont explain correctly or if i have some problem but this happened to me few times already and im fucking scared
i can hear pretty well too. i have trouble understanding multi-step directions even if i heard the whole thing. i'm not a doctor, but it definitely doesn't sound normal (no pun intended.) wish i could help more :(
