They also do DLC better than anyone.
Thats a shooped pic of Mars, I have it as my desktop. Lazy artist or is this game set on Mars?
Can someone please to help for to identify the raptor in this pic?
Yep, anything that's not pixel or weeaboo shit. Some of us had to live through the most pathetic greedy time that was the 80's once & anyone who embraces anything from that decade is a retarded hipster faggot...lol
My favorite game of all time. I never got the good ending and Nanami always died. The giant octopus sucked. Why was he even there..
I'm on the hypetrain
Anyone played pic related, was pretty fun.
I really enjoyed Rebel Galaxy. It was fucking fantastic.
I really wish they'd put out some DLC for it, I'd absolutely have bought it. The dev studio seems to have gone quiet now too. :(
Broken sword 1 is a must. and dont buy the new hd version crap
i love playing it so much and it's so much fun in both single and multiplayer

nobody forced you to watch the video, when you look at the thumbnail and title, you should already know that you are going to see gameplay, if someone planned on buying the game and wanted to experience it all first hand than i dont know why they would watch the video
Any other games like rimworld that you've played?
stonehearth and starbound are okay but nowhere near as good
Maybe they didnt even know about it before watching the video, then they watch it and see all of the good shit and buy it themselves only to be disappointed? Or someone who owned it wanted to show their friends and see their reactions but now they can't because they already saw his video?
>He still believes this game will be released some day
The original was good for a while till they littered it with DLC and impossible challenges. Totally killed a decent community. I also agree with you that the second does NOT live up to the name of the first one at all. It's a completely different, less addicting version in my opinion.
I stopped playing the first because some dickhead gave me and my friends a bunch of hacked items and they didnt want to get rid of them, or they'd say they did when they havent... :'c
reflex is awesome but lacks players at the moment, so go buy it faggots
Thought it would never appear
it's the same system. thought the upgrades came with the extra story quests. regardless, it's a damn fine addition to the game and discovering the upgrade-able ship on top of the quest line were two real good reasons for me to go back to the game after so long. Theyve even now extended it further where after you beat the story line you can do some even harder shit. i have yet to try that out, but they're doing great things with it.
Terraria is more complex and has a lot more content, especially with the updates last year.
While Starbound gave me that legit awestruck feelings, after a few trips around the stars and completing a few repetitive "main" quest, I just realized there's nothing else to do.
I love Starbound more, the aesthetics and general ambience, but even I concur Terraria has a gazillion more content.
Yes they are... They dropped the game only a bit in and later picked it back up because people were yelling at them.
Starbound has a smaller dev team, make better content, and dont stop working.
the patrician 2 is addicting as fuck. i used to play away whole nights
Starbound has more content?
The moment you get to 50% of the main story you'll realize the star system and different planet biomes are nothing but cheap tricks.
It's the same repetitive shit everytime.
Nah. It's One quest repeated 4-5 times, over different Races and World, seek artifacts and relics, fight bosses etc.
It's really shallow once you're able to see past the 'varieties', it's just the same shit repeated over and over.
My face when playing Rimworld right now.
In less than a week, you'd be done playing out most of the content Starbound has to offer.
With Terraria, there's just no way you get super beefed up in a week. The endgame content is just too massive.
You people are an embarrassment to indie gamers, the only indie games you know is what makes it on to the front page of steam, stop calling yourself gamers.
crypt of the necrodancer
and anything from klei
Fun fact: He is hiting his mom.
Few hours ago an ostrich got drunk and pecked the eye out of my main marksman...
I fed that ostrich to my tortoise army.
Let me guess you're a big fan of fan of telltale games?
Are you a casual girl gamer? Who plays games or her smartphone but thinks gta is too violent?
also don't starve together but maybe that's aaa
Stanley Parable is full of memes though
Also, OP, I'm not sure if the devs Croteam are AAA material (they made Serious Sam series), but fuck me, the Talos Principle is fucking amazing
If you like Portal and Stanley Parable, you'd love the Talos Principle
It's filled with pseudo-philosophy content, but it's not pretentious at all, it's actually really lowkey.
It's not as over the top and filled with memes as Stanley Parable / Portal, and it'll make Portal seem like a Far Cry game with it's edgy scenes and psychotic villain
I host soviet colony, if prisoners run they face no mercy. The more prisoners the more slaves.
Pic: Church area and armory.
Rimworld is the game of stories... Last colony I decided I would make an army of vicious attack ostriches, I purposfully fed them rarely, I was raided by a medival colony with more than 30+ people, I sicked my ostriches on them. It was the bloodiest battle you've ever would've seen. Though my 20 or so ostriches lost I began firing with my snipers, I managed to hit one of the last of my own ostriches giving him massive brain damage, I had a mentally retarded ostrich thats name was steve, he later died from lighting himself on fire via a campfire. RIP steve the mentally braindead veteran ostrich.
In short, buy the game.
Another story was my entire colony slowly dying to megaspiders borrowing their way into my base... I had no real defenses and they ate my hospitalized patients first... The one guy with a gun was brutally torn apart while trying to run away...
This game will make you more depressed than regulars on /b/...
Buy the game.
Don't listen to these plebs it's a good game, nice voice acting for what there is, and very difficult. Only started playing it recently DO NOT GET ATTACHED TO YOUR CHARACTERS.
Oh shit just now a marriage was happening, Rhys barged through the door and objected!!!
He's gay and was Loser's ex-lover... You wish I was joking...
Planetside 2 is so good but its died :'c
No pay 2 win, balance was always iffy but thats because each team hated the other teams, massive battles, great gun feel, great class system, perfectly competitive, and... and.... I miss it :'c
I loved G1/G2 and even G3 wasnt that bad in the end, Risen 1-3 is not that bad as well..
do you have a reccomandation for me base on G1 level? far cry and other stuff seemed to be good, but their story is just washed up shit in the end
I have a few mods that boost the mount of raiders to come, I like massive raids, if I survive it means a lot a wealth and prisoners. At this time my fortress is pretty hard to penetrate. Bout an hour ago a group of at least 50 medieval came raiding, hence my influx of prisoners and bows.
Yeah but I feel the day to day grind of dispatching and choice of music tracks defeats any negative feels from the story, which is ultimately about a police station just barely getting by, along with its chief.
