While there are other forms of visa to the U.S., they are temporary visas, and very few outside of the lottery can lead to naturalization and citizenship. Further, the lottery accounts for almost 92% of all legal immigration on a naturalization path.

Again, your premise is completely false so your conclusion is illogical and erroneous. Europe has problems with integration because it has different laws that affect immigration and naturalization--and quite frankly the "opportunities" in Europe are far smaller for someone who starts with nothing whereas in the U.S., pretty much anyone can become a millionaire or even a billionaire. There is no level playing field in Europe, as is true for most of the world, and this again evidences why everyone wants to move to the U.S.
