I've never had a problem with weed not burning evenly. I'm with you there, I am pretty happy with the weed we get here and compared to a lot of European countries it sounds like we're getting a good deal. I heard that weed in Italy costs 50 euros a gram for bog standard Albanian outdoor grown pish. Even in Ireland you're apparently about 25 euros a gram for mediocre stuff and it's fucking hard to find.

If it was legal though, I'd definitely buy top quality now and then but probably not all the time. You don't always want to be that high in my experience. One of the nicest weeds I've smoked is Jack Herer which costs fuck all in Amsterdam and compared to modern strains isn't that strong, but it's just such a pleasant high.

When I pick up weed in person I dress well, make sure the transaction is over and done with very quickly and I never go outside if I'm stoned these days. Pull out the filter completely and only put a quarter of it back in, that should get you high, tho i'd reccomend just getting some papers and cutting a filter out of paper or cardboard. Might be a little hard if it's your first time, but stealth smoking a real joint is much nicer than that cigarette paper, shit in your mouth crap filtered abomination you're going for.

in germany most dealers are bastards, they sell you a g for 12-15 €, but it depends on where you live.
