Do yourself a favour, and go to a minimum of three shops. Over all the tattoo isn't THAT bad, it's not good though /b/ro. Her feet mainly ankles are really bad, everything is in proportion at least. The blue background is odd. I'm guessing this wasn't done in a studio.

Get a reputable shop to take a look, and fix.

Yeah, should be ok. Doesn't look like you scarred it up, which could be a problem. As long as you let it heal up and keep it moisturized during, should be good to go for a touch-up fix.

Wow that's awful. But then my first tattoo was done by someone who it turned out wasn't a tattooist. The shop was respectable (and still is) but he wasn't a proper artist. Had to get it covered up once, which was fine - the guy that covered it up now does all my work. BUT I stupidly got it covered up/worked on a second time, by someone different, and it's fucking awful. It's a fairly big piece on my arm and...I fucking hate it. But oh well
