Let's be real,
There's no way to tell what they are without, at the very least, getting a testing kit from the pharmacy (for the drug itself, not a urine test)

Or quit being a fucking bitch and take one.

If there are no markings there is no way to really tell without doing some sort of chemical test.

Since there are no markings that means they probably are not a prescription drug, so it could be something someone would press themselves, such as MDMA, but a lot of OTC drugs are unmarked as well. Most MDMA sold on the street(or things sold as MDMA, like methylone or mephedrone) is slightly discolored. Also that quantity of MDMA would be very expensive, so unless your daughter is rich, it is probably just some OTC drug like acetaminophen or something.

Of course, there is always the possibility she is selling MDMA. Do a lot of them look like they are poorly held together and falling apart, or slightly discolored?

If she is just using these drugs for recreation, then its completely normal. If she has an addiction to the coke or xanax, like, daily use for more than 2 weeks, then yeah she should be in rehab. She will be legally an adult pretty soon so you'll have to decide if you want to let her make her own mistakes, or if you want to try to control her using money.
