ive been there, i know what you mean, have broken my arm twice. my 9yo nephew broke his arm a couple months ago, when he stayed at my place I helped him shower several times, he could do it fine by himself but was much easier/faster with help.

I do landscape gardening so I shower every day, if I'm honest some weekends when I'm not busy I won't shower from Friday night to Monday night.
