Got my glock 43, benchmade 484-1 & 556-1
Glock master race reporting. G19 with slide cerakote, trijicon night sights, and a full custom trigger kit installed.
zune is cool guy. got mine when they 1st came out, still have it and it works fine aside from the normal battery capacity decrease but i got a new battery coming. my ipods never lasted more than 3 years.
nahhhh, just didnt show it in pic. I've got an alien gear 3.0 IWB.
I've had multiple zunes, (primarily the newer ones), and the only one that's still alive and works is my 1st gen 30gb. That was the shit. Only issue is the head phone jack went out :/
they are pretty easy to repair. no harm in trying. the original zune software sucked nigger dick but after they released the major update it was much better, plus they added games and shit.
Oh hell yeah. Let me see if I can find a photo under 2mb
>Brous Blades Sniper (knife)
>Zebra Light sc62w (flashlight)
>Mathew Martin 400 series (pen)
>Swiss Tech Large (multitool)
>Hanks by Hank (handkerchief)
> Large Titanium comb by John Gray
i know it sounds neckbeardy but id go with a karambit for personal defense, having a finger hole to lock your hand to the handle will save you from your hand sliding off the handle and across the blade in tense situations
just a thought.
sweet loado Mcgoado
I live in the US... and even still, all of those knives (besides one) are perfectly legal to own in Britain.. they are just knives, sharp pieces of metal.
You can make one that is just as capable as killing as these in less than 2 minutes out of scrap steel with a grinder.
no your finger doesn't get stuck
but if you use it correctly it guarantees your hand never leaves the handle
also it doubles as a type of brass knuckle if you lead with the index finger in a punch
good combo is lead with the ring in a punch and follow through with the blade behind it
i've used mine several times to prevent being mugged/robbed. seems like owning a cheap piece of metal saved me lots of time money and hospital visits.
wasted money? maybe if you live in a pampered city.
Benchmades are tacticool since when? They make good knives, that yes are a touch pricey for the material and fit&finish, but considering they are made in America, are not bad for the money.
Baby Browning, so concealable I forget I've got it on me sometimes, like grabbing by keys on the way out.
A revolver you're touting. Nope
I don't claim to carry knives for Self Defense, I carry knives because they are useful for common tasks and I like knives.
Just because you live in your parents basement doesn't mean everyone else does too. Driving around unarmed is pretty risky these days, people on all these newish drugs are crazy.
not the same anon but I use a knife for work all the time.. opening boxes, mainly. granted, I don't use it very often outside of work, but I just leave it clipped to my pants, and only take it off to wash my pants, then it goes right back in the pocket when I go to work.
no reason to not carry it, tbh
Walther pps 9mm
Nitecore P12 flashlight
maybe he's referring to the 100-200 dollar benchmades, which seem more like status symbols more than actual practical tools.
Maybe I'm just fucking poor, but I'd never pay hundreds of dollars for something that I use so heavily. I'd rather replace my knife every year or two than pay 200 dollars for a knife that will supposedly last me "forever" but then snap the blade or something in a year.
But I guess if all you're going to do with it is threaten to stab the occasional nigger or use it as a glorified letter opener, then buying a 200 dollar knife will probably only sting once
For fucks sake have you never worked any sort of retail or labor job in your life?
Opening boxes and crates? Triming that 2X4 down just enough to fit in a gap you are trying to fill. Cutting anything, pretty much anything related to out door work or construction. I do a lot of repair for a landscaping company and I use my knife at lest 2 or 3 times a day.
Also, I just like them, it's a hobby. I make money from sharpening, enough to pay for my knives, that get rather expensive.
The Thurnite makes some good ones at that price... but honestly I would consider getting into more expensive 18650 lights, they are just so much more powerful.
This is my Nitecore TM36, it's $200, and I have $60 of battery in it, but at 4,000lm it lights up the world, I keep in my car.
I normally carry a 1000lm Zebralight sc62w though.
If you snap the blade of a knife, you seriously fucked up badly doing something.
But yeah for me the ultimate "work" knife is the $70 Cold Steel Code 4. I carry all my other $200 knives when I'm not at work.
Yeah, I'm not necessarily saying that it's something that I do regularly (though it has happened) but I mean that if I wanted a knife, it'd be to use it, and if I needed to pry with it or something in a pinch, I wouldn't feel very bad risking it with like a 30-40 dollar knife
I don't know what's going to come up in my day to day, and I'd rather not risk destroying 300 dollars when a 30 dollar tool will do the same job just as well. Just without a fancy butterfly stamp on it.
I'm getting some cheap EDC gear together. Can anyone recommend an LED flashlight that's small enough to carry around and cheap enough not to worry about if I break/lose it? The smaller the profile, the better.
What do you guys think of this knife for EDC? CRKT Squid - ~$16
my 1st handgun was a XD-40, love it. tried out quite a few 9mm single stacks for my ccw, XD-s was the best imo. cost a tad more than a shield or ruger lc9 but is worth it. carry 147gr HSTs
Fucking kids in here, I got nothing but money, time, and a horrible addiction to buying guns.
In the picture I gots
Sig P226 Tacops
Glock 17 Gen 4
Colt Single action army Gen 3
2 Ruger vaquero's with talo grips
A Colt Python 6"
Smith and Wesson .44 Magnum
and a Ka-bar bowie knife because fuck it.
Fuck I'm still use to 2016 goddamnit I'm going to reup the pic so no one calls bullshit.
I like your revolvers. You ever consider getting a Taurus Raging Judge because fuck it?
Not him, but their revolvers aren't that bad, but I would agree that their semi autos are
I had a little snubbie from them for a while and it was great.
Eh, I'm not crazy for the the Brazilian made revolvers, mainly because I don't like needless safeties like the handle safety in their guns. That being said to shoot a 410 out of a hand gun is pretty bitchin, but if I were to go that crazy I'd probably just go with a LeMat pistol, why shoot a 410 when you could shoot a 20 gauge from a pistol?
.380 Taurs TCP
Some days latex gloves
Pick one and ONLY one, you scrub.
no love for spyderco? sprint runs?
that bout covers it
im from detroit. but like. a nice part of detroit
after u run them over u can just park you car on the street and niggers will steal it. nigger gets blamed for running over the other nigger(s). car will probably be totaled in a crash or never found again, you get new car! yay! everyone wins!
Yeah and you faggots are suppose the use the company's provided shit why would you use you're own personal knife? I live in a city so I would fight or shoot a nigger, unless you cant own a gun..
citizens are not a private united states militarily that world wreck you and chase you back to your fake 1st world shit hole
i have like 50 stanleys and pretty much every common tool, for free. technically i was suppose to check them out and return them after work but they didnt give a fuck, they would just buy 100 more when they were low/gone. $ didnt matter to them.
Not entirely EDC but closest pic I have, from the 20th of this month
Nice argument there.
Why do you have airbags in your car? What are you afraid of?
I'm none of those guys but what a terrible argument. I'm not interested in being a tough guy, why is that a bad thing? If someone wants to attack me I'm not going to fight them, I'm just going to deal with them.
>If someone wants to attack me I'm not going to fight them, I'm just going to deal with them.
I don't want to be a tough guy either, nor do I want to fight someone. I want to be left alone. If simply having a gun will make them do that without even having to pull the trigger, I'll do it.
>inb4 need a knife
I know, I'm working on it.
how many reptilians did you kill OP?
yt these (also hush)
>forest creature oregon, lee county reptilian, hex county reptilian, reptilian thailand real, son doong cave reptilian
>>ps only come out at night, have three fingers, red eyes (glow red white or blue in dark), scales, stink like shit
Yeah I posted a few pics with Spydercos in them I think... I'm a fan.
Actually amazed this thread is still going.
If you are still hear?
The Tuff is my favorite knife I own. It was my first grail knife and it lives up to my expectation. I bought it years ago when they were in the second half of production, so it has non of the over strength lock issues. I'm not surprised they went up in value, I would not sell mine.
The only issues it has at all, is the first sharpening is a hard one, a lot of work is needed to get a good thin edge. Also this knife bites you like no other, I have scars on the knuckle of my thumb from this knife.
Thanks, I've got a bunch, but those two are my favorites
Nothing like a BK9 aka Jessica I've been meaning to get one, but I opted for a different large woods blade.
The Ontario SP-10, which I reground. For reference the Espada is 17iish inches long.
This with keys, wallet, cellphone not shown
Idk, it's just cool. I keep breaking plastic combs, but a stainless steel one would have worked just as well...
I kind of have an obsession with Ti though. Nearly everything in pic related is Titanium.
Carry my G43 instead now, don't feel like taking a picture of it
My edc is this bowl. So I can defend my self, and enjoy some chips.
Why the fuck would anyone need to carry two pocket knives?
Probably does not carry both at once, he probably rotates them.
Every time I see an Espada, I get sad now. A /b/tard promised me he'd hook me up with an Espada as a gift, took pictures of it and everything. We were emailing and he said he mailed it.. never arrived and never heard back from him. :(
Seriously how beautiful is this thing though
Actually not a fan of the polished ones, they are too expensive for what they are and a fingerprint magnet. I bough mine when the AUS8 ones were being sold out for like $90 for the XL.
I prefer more of a mat black on mat silver, like this Tuxedo Kwaiken of mine, with mat Carbon Fiber and bead blasted Ti
I dissagree, I think CS is still some of the best performance knives for lower to mid price range. I own 5 or 6 knives that are over $200 and at lest 10 that are over $100, but my go to work knife is a CS Code 4. I think Cold Steel makes great fixed blades, folders, and Machetes, but their swords are not good.
Their Voyager line is a good price. But Kershaw is always good, More so their American made ones, I'm a Skyline Fanboy (pic related)
CRKT is good, my cousins love them, but I'm impartial.
Ontario Knife and Tool makes good utilitarian budget folders.
because he's a man child who needs them to feel good about his self. i carry a glock and a small folder myself but people who wank off over knife models are retarded. unless you're buying 5 dollar chink knives from that guy at the gun show a knife is a knife is a knife.
he has trex arms or is a manlet. you should only be using it as a handstop anyway. the exception being that you need to have so much shit on your rails there is no other way to comfortably handle it.
>ie, the unfortunate suckers stuck with oif/oef era m4s w/ kac ras, light and laser, the only way to comfortably handle it at that point was with the broomhandle or some other grip
Yeah I understand. I remember when I was struggling to get $50 knives, and I was drooling over Spyderco PM2's. Heck I still drool over some knives, (pic related) is the most expensive knife I ever held, sharpened it for a friend. $450
Luckily I got really good at sharpening, and invested heavily in professional equipment. Sharpening pays for my knives now.
In fact I was about to break even with my $4,000 ish worth of knives, sharpening equipment, machetes, swords... ect... But I bought a $700 sword a month ago.
SOG is pretty good, I've never gotten into them though. Oddly enough I've never owned one, and only held a few.
yeah, he is. but this cheap one is no good- have you ever had something like this?
EDC thread, aka I want to show my manhood compensator off thread.
I tend to avoid knives made by gun brands. They tend to be not that great... Smith&Wesson knives are borderline, but for the money, actual knife brands like Kershaw are better. Winchesters are really not great.
Well guess I need to compensate then...
The knife is a Spyderco Tuff
The flashlight is a Nitecore TM36
Both over $200
that was my first and last one gun brand knife, nice bastards you have
As an eurofag I could post my 22LR pistol but I can't even carry that shit, only straight from my home to the gun range and back.
Fuck these shitty laws, they'd rather have me get robbed and murdered than be able to defend myself.
Well they come at a cost, over 4 grand of knives, sharpening equipment, machetes, and swords. It's a hobby for sure, really I could do fine with just a few.
The sharpening has paid for most of it... that is until I ordered a $700 long sword last month.... Got to wait about 6 more weeks to get it.
MURICA MURICA MURICA MURICA MURICA.
What shitty fucking country do you live in where you can't chose to carry this stuff around if you wanted to?
Well most of the year, not much, it sits in my center consul in my car. My break down/anti road rage light.
But I live in Maine in the summer... like in the deep woods... And it really helps when crossing lakes at night, to find rocks and such.
It's a crazy light, it has a built in thermostat for regulating it's temp, built in volt meter, 6 light levels, strobe, beacon, sos, ect... not to mention I put $60 of rechargeable li-ion batteries in it.
>cc'ing glock 19
>eating lunch at subway
>3 niggers storm the place one has a sawed off in my face trying to rob me
>others robbing the store
>this guy takes half my sandwhich and that's all he did besides run away
>cops ask why I didn't shoot
>cops were annoyed at me for not killing any of the robbers
>stopped cc'ing after that
I should renew my ccl though
