I'm 25 and i've only been twice to the dentist for check-ups, and both times (different doc) they told me I had amazing "teeth quality" (can't remember the exact words) and that they thought I wouldn't have much trouble with them during my life.

Is this a thing ? Some people have way better teeth than others to the point they won't have trouble with them for a lifetime ?

If you're on heavy meds my guess is you're a poorfag like me -- go to a dental school for treatment (make the appointment now -- there's a month-long wait) and they'll put you in for continuing care since you'll have a lot of cavities but you'll have a high likelihood of showing up regularly for appointments since you already see other doctors. ok since i caught up i might as well try to describe how to brush. the toothbru should be placed on 2-3 teeth at a 45 degree angle towards the gums. half should touch the tooth and half the gums. then do small circular motions, like small vibrations. NO PRESSURE. just touch the gums. too much pressure can injure your gums permanently. do that for 3-4 seconds. then move to the next 2-3 teeth and so on. brush both lingual and buccal sides this way. occlusal sides (the ones you chew on can be brushed like youve been doing it your whole life.

you can also use floss or interdental brushes for 100% effectiveness. i recommened the interdental brushes. improper flossing technique can really fuck up your gums and 98% of people dont know how to floss properly.

also brushing is 90% of tooth hygiene. master that and you should be fine. mouthwashes, flossing etc cant replace brushing.

I have a cavity on my bottom front most teeth on the inner side (like my tongue can touch it)
i've had it for I think 2 years now and it's slowly spreading to the other 2 on each side of it and has decayed some of the outside bottom of the tooth that connects to my gums. Unfortunately due to my financial circumstances I can't get it fixed any time soon, however I do brush/use mouthwash daily 2-3 times.
How fucked am I when I DO go eventually and will it be a lot of work/painful? Will it cost a lot or be a few visits?
For an idea of how it looks it's essentially some black that shows on the surface of my tooth in a small splotch
