Ya, the only time it at all gets me is when you see a parasite like thing pokeing out of those holes and its a living being that those holes are on, but even then its a, mmmmm that is horrid, and now I can move on with my day.

It's natural to dislike a picture of something that looks like a motherfucking illness. Of course when you are past the illusion you realize it's not an illness and just fake.
