This sad incident stinks of liberal influence. The first hint at this comes when she states, "I'm sorry that my depression got the best of me," through sobs. I will not go into detail but this is not a normal statement for a suicidal individual to make, it IS however something that liberals who have normalized, thus trivialized,"depression" would say. There is also the matter of the fact it is recorded at all on livestream. Why not just make no recording? Why not record on a non live format? I believe that the reason was that she wanted somebody to stop her or find her, she did not intend to actually kill herself but rather to gain attention and status by making a suicidal gesture and it went too far (which is completely obvious by the way in which she carefully slips it around her neck, put on makeup and clean clothes, left her cell phone turned on, did all of this outside, obviously livestreamed it, and makes sure she can still speak while she is hanging, etc). There is also the illusion of her own pain in causing everybody grief yet, the entire ordeal is set up to cause grief and be dramatic in typical liberal shock tactic form.... this was a statement. Other than the normalization of depression there are other liberal tactics at work.
