This implies going sideways instead of following the loop of "want but don't want but want but don't want". Literally, it's a "This statement is false" loop you're reenforcing. And don't get stressed out if you don't succeed the first few times. Getting stressed out is just feeding the loop again.

At any rate, implemented successfully, relapse is just a non-issue with this method. It simply isn't relevant to you anymore.
