Most importantly, anything USPS requires a warrant to open. Warrants take time. Most mail goes through the system too fast to be scrutinized and if you're sending to your own address it looks like one of a thousand packages delivered to homes everyday containing mundane shit. Anything well sealed and innocent looking will fly right through.
