>>717448181 >"I admit freely enough that, by careful breeding, supervision of environment and education, extending over many generations, it might be possible to make an appreciable improvement in the stock of the American Negro, for example, but I must maintain that this enterprise would be a ridiculous waste of energy, for there is a high-caste white stock ready at hand, and it is inconceivable that the Negro stock, however carefully it might be nurtured, could ever even remotely approach it. The educated Negro of today is a failure, not because he meets insuperable difficulties in life, but because he is a Negro. He is, in brief, a low-caste man, to the manner born, and he will remain inert and inefficient until fifty generations of him have lived in civilization. And even then, the superior white race will be fifty generations ahead of him." - H. L. Mencken Wtf I hate Trump and love Mencken now
Because liberalism is a complete and utter failure that had made every single area unfortunate enough to embrace it much, much worse, and Trump came along and wasn't affected by their ultimate weapon (political correctness) in the slightest.
On top of that, the liberals nominated the worst presidential candidate in American history, the walking definition of corruption who has American blood on her hands, and who stated her desire to continue Obamas "progress".

>went to coal mining state West Virginia >said "coal miners are going to lose their jobs. I'm going to put the coal industry out of business". >coal mining states, traditionally blue, turned red, costing her the election >liberals blame Russia
>tfw all of these liberal tears are so delicious >tfw they're all extra salty because of the butthurt >tfw the extra salt dehydrates you even more >tfw it just causes you to drink more delicious liberal tears to quench your thirst
Talk about a vicious circle. It's just as well there's a steady supply.
>>717449036 "because my worldview was spoonfed to me by the media and college professors, I have no logical or reasonable argument to back it up. Therefore, my only option is to call people racist, bigoted, or any other word from my insult bank. I am liberal." - translation
It's pretty simple really. People looked at Europe and how "progressives" ruined everything for them. They did have, imo, a good thing going. Then they noticed they wanted to do the same here and so they decided, nope, not going to that.
>Because liberalism is a complete and utter failure
Without liberalism you would be working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. You would have left school after 4th grade. You'd probably die young because modern medicine is the work of the devil.
The real issue with America is that the knuckle dragging, backwards, white trash, christian fundie part of it, profits from all the achievements of the progressive part while at the same time condemning them. America should split up. Within the decade the Redneck part would be living like Romania gypsies.
>>717449701 "I attribute everything good to me and my constituency, and everything bad to 'the other people'. I'm still in college and have accomplished nothing in my life. I own nothing and am responsible for nothing or nobody. I have no idea how real life works, I only know what I've been told by spiteful, malcontent professors who have taken too many drugs." - translation
>>717449701 >Without liberalism you would be working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day
Actually those were originally brought in under Hitler's rule in Germany. Germany was the first country to have an 8 hour working day, 5 days a week and an hourly wage. What you going to tell me next, that Operation Paperclip never happened and America alone was responsible for the atomic bomb and rocket science? My sides are literally in fucking orbit.
>>717447856 For the powerful class will choose two courses of action, both of them safe for itself, and then give the democracy the gratification of taking one course or the other. The lord will take two things so much alike that he would not mind choosing from them blindfold – and then for a great jest he will allow the slaves to choose. – G. K. Chesterton, "Voter and Two Voices", A Miscellany of Men (1912)
The European Union isn't a country, you retarded shit. It's a union of sovereign nation. Very much unlike the US which is a Union of states which have given up their sovereignty. And again, the USA are what the EU will hopefully never become.
what i don't understand is why any of you are pretending either of these candidates are actually good at all. The two-party system is ruining our country. Trump and Clinton were both terrible choices for different reasons.
>>717450551 These things are a cancer for sure, but their source is mainly the media, colleges, and the internet, I don't see any elected officials pushing legislation related to this crap, so how do they qualify as "failed Liberal Policies"?
>>717450780 But it has become policy Obama won't say radical Islam Dems are wasting political capital on bathroom fights and gender pay gaps( sorry but when you do the whole math I don't believe it is real) instead of working on economic policy or better health care
>Political correctness had a major impact on this election
No it did not. You imbeciles are just looking for an excuse to be ignorant cunts toward others. Btw, all while running to your right-wing hug boxes like >>>/pol/ as soon as some dyke posts a video on YouTube that hurts your man-feelings.
>>717450281 point is, policies went out the window and where replaced with accusations of racism, bigotry and misogyny to anyone that dared step out of line. You literally had a woman representing liberals who spent some of her time attacking internet memes and calling Americans "deplorable" as people propped her on a stick so she wouldn't fall. She got on stage and talked about ideologies such as feminism as something positive and talked down to those who didn't agree. She championed BLM a couple times and even put it, along with feminism, on her website for a time. Like the anon said, Identity Politics and Social Justice where part of her game plan.
That's how we ended up with a rich orange asshole who did nothing but not take the shit being slung his way. He had nothing but Hillary's own garbage to work with and it worked.
In short, policies did not matter in the least this time around. Liberalism, it's name, got high jacked by Critical Race Theory, Feminist Theory and other form of so called "Social Justice". The ideologues ruined the name.
All you can do now is exclude those fools publicly and build it back up.
Not all Muslims are like this though, there is a legitimate claim that many people of the Muslim faith from countries that are home to a rather strict interpretation of Islam are unfit for integration into western society.
This is not because they are Muslim but because their culture that they were raised with instilled them with principals that in the west we find rather abhorrent.
Any culture that thinks it is OK to >rape and beat women >hold salves >murder homosexuals >murder innocents in the name of a religion >have sex with children
will never integrate well with the west.
We need to fight radical Islam governments and groups and stop using rhetoric that targets a religion as a monolith.
The anti-christian, anti-straight and anti-white identity politics of the left polarized the altright. At the same time it was pushing away classic liberal thinkers who could see through the bullshit virtue signaling and lies of MSM.
And there was the altright, saying all of the shit that people 3-4 years ago thought was crazy actually turned out to be TRUE and the actual motivation of some in the far and even moderate left.
The anti-white sentiment of the left gave the altright legitimacy and is the the reason they are growing today.
>>717451273 Say what you want but trump cares about jobs. Heath care is fucked now(both sides are idiots on it) College debt, you go you should pay yourself Legal immigration matters, no reason sneaking across a line makes you a citizen in country
Good democrats should be fighting for better taxation, rich people quit paying into social security after 120,000(tax break in my book) And companies like GE don't pay taxes at all
>>717451370 i gota agree with this one. even as a libtard. around 2012-2013 we let in this mode of behavior that was just a really really gay/multicultural version of the self congratulatory loudmouth pro-ignorance blowhard bullshit that republicans have been characterized as being for decades.
>>717451823 >all of the shit that people 3-4 years ago thought was crazy actually turned out to be TRUE You mean like how all politicians are controlled by interdimensional beings that demand human sacrifice in the basements of pizza-parlors that don't have basements? Definitely prophetic.
>>717451561 Who said anything about Obama, we were talking about Liberal policies. Obama is by and large a centrist. People these days hear all this SJW bullshit, and think that's what Liberalism is. Its not, not at all. At best its "neo-liberalism".
So, as a moderate liberal I believe that there is one good thing about Trump:
Because of his huge unpopularity it is going to be very important for him to deal with Isis quickly and decisively.
Fortunately Isis is on the back foot. They are losing ground and are slowly being beatewn back. They have already lost their spiritually important Dabiq, the place for the final battle between the forces of Jesus and the Antichrist. (Yeah, Jesus will lead the forces of heaven during the apocalypse. Isn't the Koran hilarious.)
Anyways, the point is that now Trump can go in and finish off Isis, easily. All he would need is a massive mobilization of ground troops to go in and kurbstomp Isis or at the very least, make some sort of grand gesture for the cameras; bomb them a bit harder, send in some ground troops for photo ops and then drone strike al-Baghdadi or whatever the fuck the fuck's name is and proclaim himself victor. Leave the mopping up/subsequent decade of contineous skirmishing and guerilla warfare to the various kurdish militias (or whoever. There are like 100 different factions fighting in Syria) and proclaim mission accomplished.
It will be a huge boost to Trump's popularity in the short run adn a GOP controlled senate/congress would be fools not to realize that. They know that in today's climate of fake news and opinion trumping facts, they can just tell the american people that they won and people would believe them. It's not as if anyone in the electorate even follows what is happening in Syria on a day to day basis. They will gasp when some american guys head is chopped off sure, but then they wills pend the next few weeks debating wether or not it was a cia false flag operation.
And we know that Trump is able to sell any narrative that he wants to his voters. The rest of the population is so jaded with news of syria that literally noone will care if isis is really defeated or not.
>>717451960 Trump cares about Trump. He will do NOTHING to help the working class. In six months when he gets tired of playing president Pence, and Bannon will be running everything. So I hope you like Whatever the Christian version of Sharia law is because its on the agenda for sure.
>>717447856 Because argument for not voting was that he is Hitler and would start WW3 and destroy the world.
Also his wig, his orange skin, and that he called someone fat.
All in all stupid arguments no rational adult would consider.
Hillary's arguments were factual semi-criminal behavior coming from having given her the chance to act in politics. Including involvement in arming muslim rebels to destabilize economies that control oil.
The people are inward looking, and the worlds lowest mandatory vacation time means they hardly travel.
As long as they aren't in decline they will be happy, they wont notice that everywhere else is advancing. Just the occasional smack in the face when they realise their gaming friends have 1Gbps internet and 128 tick servers.
>>717451984 Institutional racism from the left. Imagine if a bunch of libtards told you nothing was your fault and you should be pissed at them 24/7. You might start to take advantage of that to vent your failure as a human being.
>>717452469 Yeah we spend more and it doesn't get better >>717452470 You might be right but Obama never picked up a phone to try save any jobs,Hillary was glad to drive the coal industry out with out offering anything to the displaced workers
>>717452812 Yeah because guns are the only factor that leads to crime....Nothing else. Not poverty levels, a poorly guarded border with Mexico, a highly divided culture, massive drug problem. Nope. It's the guns.
>>717452853 >Institutional racism from the left. Welll.... Not the way you describe. If you help/bail out anyone, and they don't love you, they'll resent you for it. Plus, don't discount plain old racism. If I'm white and poor, I can't really blame whitey for holding me down.
>>717452469 What little of that money actually gets into the classrooms is used to create yet another generation of ignorant narcissists. Just show some dead arabs next to some GI:Joes giving us the thumbs up and we'll be done.
So, why do I think that it is good that Trump will have to focus on Isis?
Well Syria needs peace and stability.
As soon as Isis is out of the picture then Assad and Putin will be able to start mopping up syrian rebels and their families and start planting them in massgraves out in the desert.
A shame, yes, but stability is more important than democracy at this point. Or human lives.
Assas needs to regain absolute power and start rebuilding his country again. As stability is brought back to the region, so will the refugees be able to start reclaiming their lands and their homes. Hard work, yes but most refugees would rather rebuild their old homes na dlives than live huddled up in malaria infected turkish refugee camps or what have you
>no, all refugees are vermin rapists who will stay in europe to rape all the women
Alright, calm down there stormfront. There is probably a percentage of people staying in europe, but remember that the majority of refugees did not even come to europe. I am talking about the milliosn of displaced syrians in the middle east. The vast majority of the couple of hundred thousand refugees in europe will start making their way bac home when the fighting ceases
>how can you believe that. they are in europe and they are terrorists and they are fuckign our women and
sure thing Hans. And the jews are behind it all, I know.
Anyways, the point is that Trump defeating Isis will be very important for him and europe.
>>717453425 Well if you're so deadset against Trump the only other person who was going to win was Hillary. So what exactly would a person prefer about her? it's an honest question, I don't know any intelligent Hillary supporters.
>believing that everyone is such a selfish fuck they wouldn't do something that benefits others at the expense of themselves even though they are so wealthy they could probably live 500 years without working another day in their lives
I don't think he is like this to be honest. I think he is an idiot at times but I think he legitamately cares about America and it's people, whether Shillary did is questionable.
Plus if he doesn't deliver he will be out in four years and literally ANYONE the dems pick will be President.
He has incentive to follow through with his promises because if he doesn't he will be out.
