A normal dose is about 100mg, a very very strong dose is about 200mg. 1 gram is between 5 and 10 times the quantity that should be taken at once. Its a totally stupid amount. I've done MDMA off and on for 20 years and i personally take no more than 150mg at a time and a max of 250mg over 1 night.
