So, Spiro fucks with your mineral levels (mainly potassium and sodium) because it's a diuretic. What you'll wanna do is go to your doc after you start this for a general physical or checkup, if you can. Mention you started taking a new vitamin supplement and have had a little increase in heart rate sometimes & ask if it might be reasonable to do a blood draw to check your levels. Generally, simple lab work is gonna pass by the doc and be agreed to because it's simple and routine. i switched to cypro from spiro and within a month my test was below measurable levels.

there aren't any studies i can find showing that's the recommended dosage for trans girls, because all the study dosages were performed on men with cancer, who weren't taking estrogen, but were taking cypro and flutamide or some other chemo regimen.

so when you google cyproterone dosage, you get stupid recommendations like 100-150 mg a day, which are totally unnecessary.

Hey biofag here. There's actually a way to do this relatively cheap and easily. Part of the reason that we have so many gender identity issues today are due to the amount of chemicals that we are exposed to on a daily basis. Specifically bleach and ammonia. Mixing them in your tub with the door closed would emulate the hormones of the opposite gender and actually force your body to produce less testosterone quite quickly. You'll eventually stop producing it all together. Your testicles and penis will shrink and go away in time without surgery. Bronchospasms and asphyxia are common side effects of this dangerous treatment, which I whole heartedly do not recommend. But if you want to stop producing testosterone then bleach+ammonia will definitely do the trick.
