Running or swimming is the best way to lose some pounds if you want to lose some spesific belly fat there are plenty of cardio workouts you can do. But generally ab workouts dont really make you burn fat

After a good workout you perspire and lose a lot of fluid, hence the supposed weight loss.
In actuality it can make your body look even worse. If you don't want to be overweight, don't eat. Excersize is going to alter your metabolism and you won't lose weight (just water gain)

Diet is also like 70% of ofthe deal, if you want to make any change to your body be it losing weight of getting buff your gonna have to change what you eat. generally speaking for wieght loss your gonna want to burn more calories then you consume. so your diet should consist mainly of low calorie foods and have as little suger and carbs as possible

Acually running in the cold is the best and fastest possible way to lose fat because your body is spending more energy trying to warm itself up. And if you dont like the cold you could try swimming its a great exercise. But ya diets is the main thing its 70% diet 30% exercise. Once you start changing your diet you should start to see some pretty big changes in around a month or two

Running in the cold is great for fat burning. You will only get sick if its raining or if you arent properly dressed. And there is nothing good about extra weight. 10% or lower body fat is optimal health wise. And there also isnt any thing wrong with wanting to look thinner if it makes you happy
