when i'm finished with my summer job, which is after labor day, to burn fat 10x faster i'm going to start my cycle on DNP and do low carb, walks and 15 minute exercises every fucking day till my cycle ends. i'm going all out this time. i have lost weight before and i've struggled so long i feel like this is a last resort thing for me. as /fit/ says, we are gonna make it brah

You've got a gut, OP. No denying that. The good news is that you haven't reached the level of fat that is passed the point of no return. Start walking every day. Cut out sugars, processed foods, and carbs for a while. Start walking a mile a day. If you can do more, do more. You will be surprised how much progress you can make.

**fully aware this isn't perfect but works for me**
3m bike to and from gym each way
2 muscle groups per day, (day 1 bi & tri, etc.)
plan on working out every day rather than planning off days, so in case you inevitably have to miss a day its okay
8 exercises per muscle group each with 4 sets of 10 reps
alternate what those 8 exercises are between weeks (week 1 bi & tri day = 8 "A" exercises, week 2 b/t day = 8 "B" exercises, week 3 return to "A")
consume as many grams of protein as your desired goal weight per day (if goal is 180lbs, eat 180g protein every day)
-Every morning a daily vitamin plus 2 Flax Seed pills (you can do fish oil too)
-Pre-workout w high caffeine, as well as a "pump" Creatine before the gym
-BCAA drink and lots of water during the gym
-vegan gmo/soy/fluten free protein shake (for lean gains bc I don't fuck with the whole gain/cut cycle), basic Creatine, and Glutamine for recovery within 30 min after gym
-Zinc & Magnesium pills, as well as a Tribulus root extract pill every night before bed for better natural anabolic/testosterone

Dumbbells are pretty cheap and you can use them to do shoulder presses, curls and many other essential things depending on what you want to grow.
You could also use 2 chairs and repeatedly life yourself between them. That helps.
Don't do too much cardio. You need to gain some mass bro. Make sure to eat a lot.

If you have been lifting for 5 months and still look like that you have some serious technique issues to address or you are just fucking around like a pussy in the gym.
Also you don't need to fast if you don't want to. That kind of thing is only useful for professionals.
Do you eat/drink a lot of sugary shit sub as soda and brownies? Maybe you consume McDonalds and shit more than once a week? Eliminate those and within a month that chub will decrease dramatically.
Do some pull ups and push ups everyday until you feel the fatigue. That's how I started till I got a gym membership.
Also SQUATS. work on them legs too.
