>>696358372 its ridiculous how the party elite wanted to call out bernie for being a jew etc and he still hasn't unendorsed clinton trump is gonna win, not because he necessarily convinced the american people, but because he is now the lesser of two evils
>>696360059 guys what do i do, im black... but i dont want to vote for a fucking cucked communists and crooked shills...additionally i cant be a republican because im not too fond of getting lynched.... i require assistance.
>>696360206 Well of course they're not going to let independents vote in the Democratic Primary. They're not part of the Democratic Party. That would be like letting Republicans vote in the Democratic Primary. Just plain stupid and pointless.
Bernie sanders sold out to the very establishment his political revolution was supposed to be against. And the best part is that his supporters were the ones who footed the bill for the whole thing. You guys really showed Wall Street who's boss.
Now, he wants you to vote for the very person who has, as evidence now shows, has nothing but contempt for his very followers. But you're still going to vote for her because that meany Trump said something mean and hurtful.
>>696360255 >>696360402 I seriously doubt the DNC has much real influence over most voter's choices in the primary. No one I know has ever mentioned them among their reasons for backing (or not backing) Clinton. Populists just love to use the "establishment" as an excuse for their own failures and lack of support from the public, and thus love blaming the DNC even though it doesn't have much real power.
>>696360784 If want to vote for an independent they can. And if they want to vote for a member of a major party, which the majority obviously do, then they have every right to. Don't blame the establishment just because your own opinions are unpopular.
What the fuck is he supposed to do? Hand the election over the the orange buffoon that is Trump? Personally I'm not voting for either of these assholes, but I understand Sanders has to bow down to Shillary in order to get some concessions from her. He gave it his all but it's impossible for him to go any further with this. Hillary will put his head on a spike if he doesn't fall in line. He lit the torch of the progressive movement but now it's time for him to pass it on.
Hillary can't possibly win. There are too many things splitting her vote. Bernie. Third party candidates. The DNC emails. She might lose by a thin margin, but honestly I think that that thin margin will in part be due to elections fraud. There will be a big deal made about illegals in california voting because they have licenses. Of that, I am certain.
>>696361964 >the DNC controls a great deal of the exposure and perception of their candidates Not really. The media controls that, and the DNC has very little control over the media. I've seen plenty of media outlets that were overtly supporting Sanders in the primary.
read the wikileak. if you don't think bernie was told straight up that he would be silenced with an endorsement, you're fooling yourself. dude has been fighting shills like her for 40 years, he's better at playing and knowing the game than anyone and still keeps playing it to progress. one of the few decent people in our government. before you bail on him, realize why that endorsement came when it did. he had serious heat put on him. it's no coincidence it happened right before the leak hit, they pushed it hard b/c they knew it was coming and couldn't contain it.
I don't even want the Bernmeister to win, but Jesus Christ it makes me angry to watch how the dems have gone about this. Bernie v Trump is what I would have hoped for, because at least then we have 2 people whom the population wants.
>>696361706 Even ignoring the fact that the congressional deadlock created by Tump would be better than the shit that Hillary will actually pass, it isn't about who becomes president. It is about sending a message. Democracy or die. We have a voice. We should not stand for rigged elections. His entire movement was anti-establishment.
yeah all that making the billionaires pay their share so your taxes don't have to pick up the slack is pretty anti-american. keep letting the ultra-rich tell you what's good for ya, im sure it'll work out eventually.
>>696362251 I realize it was pretty much endorse Clinton or die for him. Those were his options. If he runs independent I'd still support him, but as long as he's backing anything Clinton related he's lost me.
>>696362007 There is no source. The new york times wrote a piece speculating that putin was behind the attack and trump is also involved. But theg have zero evidence because it is notoriously difficult to find out who attacked them. The new york times threw their support behind clinton, and sultzbeurger or whatever recieved 100k from the clintons so big surprise he wants her in power.
>>696361946 If by "shit", you mean "8 years of unarguable prosperity" then sure
worst thing that happened is dude got a blowjob and lied about it.
At least he's not a fucking billionaire bully with no governing experience, no foreign policy experience, multiple divorces, and multiple bankruptcies...who American mainly knows as a reality TV star.........
it's that time again, when half the country tries its best to make things worse by electing a fucing assclown.
>>696362349 The us only best in having idiots who believe in god, faggots behind bars, and having more guns than people. We are first in almost nothing helpful. As a proud american, I don't know what the fuck you are talking about.
>>696361706 >What the fuck is he supposed to do? Well, I hate Ted Cruz, but he still refuses to back Trump, just like Bernie could have refused to back Hil-dawg >Personally I'm not voting for either of these assholes OH WEW LADDIE, YOU SHOWED THEM! So you're leaving your choice in November up to literally everyone else? Thats a plan for a better America. >Hillary will put his head on a spike if he doesn't fall in line. He lit the torch of the progressive movement but now it's time for him to pass it on. Some revolutionary, bowing out at the first sign of risk. Pass it on tow who, exactly? He already sold it out to Hillary for A FUCKING BOOK DEAL
Hiillary the Candidate Supreme: 1. Usurps power in Husband's admin, efforts fail Healthcare taken care of by Obama. 2. Wins NY Senate seat because NY has no residency requirements; and than guilani self-destruct. 3. Rides pro-Iraq war coattails to D leadership, then awkwardly walks back support after Iran vote revolt. 4. Loses to inexperienced one-term senator, and shows lack of procedural knowledge in Caucus wipe-out. 5. Embarrassed by recent party member, Sanders, while being exposed as corporate puppet.
>>696358372 I just don't understand how it's gotten this bad without any accountability. People should've woken up and been up in arms during the demo caucus in Wyoming. Bernie was 56 and Hillary was 44 and what 11/12 seats went to Hillary? How the fuck is the system not rigged? And yet here we all are...sitting behind a computer watching some of the worst of a freeman come while we do nothing. It's at the point know where I think they are willingly and knowingly showing us that they can do whatever the fuck they want without any repercussions because we aren't gonna gather en mass and walk into congress or the senate and hold those corrupted mother fuckers accountable. I can't wait to see what's gonna happen if she still gets elected in to office, but at the same time I won't be surprised if nothing does. Anyone else just wanna leave this shithole country, join the Kurds, and fuck up some daesh with pig blood bullets?
>>696358372 No! Blah blah blah...the Russiansame conspired with the Trump camp...but we still have the high ground.even if we loose the election...we still have not given up what we stand for. Bush is still the worst president ever.
>>696362756 >gave away nuclear secrets >repealed legislation that wouldve prevented the 07 crash >scandal >almost impeached >unarguable prosperity that wouldve happened no matter who was in thanks to the dot com bubble
>>696362883 >>696362942 (Yes, her track records against nobodies bodes well for her ability to deal with Putin, Ji, and Merkel.)
Hillary the Roaring Sect of State.: Honduras: Supports coup of thirteen families, causes refugee crisis at American border. Syria: Want overthrow of Asad, the only one fighting 'JV team' ISIS. Asia Pivot: Failed, China now has bases in S China Sea. India: Hillary's 'Get Modi Policy' using NGOs fails, Modi wins big and addresses US Congress. England: Snubbed by Hillary Libya: ill advised overthrow of conciliatory dictator, incompetently run and leads to Terrorist state. China: Husband gave MFN status without asking for anything in return, half billion trade deficit. Ukraine: Again Hillary uses NGOs to overthrow elected government, leads to Russian reprisals. Iran: Wanted war, American people rebelled and O forced her out. Hillary has no successes as Sect of State and truthfully Obama has relied on Kerry to undo her mistakes. Democrats who forced her on Obama did a disservice to his administration.
The better argument might be Clinton supports and is supported by Crony Capitalists, Monopolists, MNCs, and Institutional Government Unions; while Donald is supported by Main St businesses, and workers. He backed the minimum wage increases, as much as the media said otherwise. Foolish trade agreements and the immigration free for all have cause more harm to the American worker's standard of living standard than all Democrat programs could ever repair. Even the NYT admitted Blacks have lost eight percent of their wages to low cost immigrants. Maybe Trump's so dumb he's a Republican leading his party left, while Left Voters are so dumb Hillary is taking them rightwards. This election is more entertaining than the NFL could ever hope to be.
>>696362809 It's stupid and pointless. The point of a primary election is for a party to pick its candidate to send to the general election. If everyone gets a vote in every party's primary then it's like having multiple general elections, which is completely pointless.
>>696358372 I'm 80% sure the RNC did the same bullshit by trying to support Jeb, and then Cruz, until submitting to Trump. The Russian hackers would probably find the same shit if they leaked RNC emails.
yeah, it's the main thing i guess i don't get. he's a bit of an idealist when it comes to wanting to rid the democrats of corruption, but it's just so rotten to the core that it will take way longer than he has. but he also wanted to accomplish more, and by being under the democrat banner, knew that if he won, he'd garner more support by representation.
>>696358372 “However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.” ― George Washington
Fuck the RNC and fuck the DNC. I still believe in democracy, but we need to reform the current voting process.
>>696363311 I agree that the for-profit media has let down the country. Still, it's only because there are so many stupid people who believe everything they're told that matches their current worldview.
which is exactly why the two party system is fucked. the only 2 'viable' options are corruption #1 and corruption #2. we have life-long career politicians, out of touch with reality, tossing around millions upon millions of dollars to slander the other side. that's all it is. who can diss the other side more? who makes better TV? that's who wins. that's the problem. you should be able to go in, vote for whoever you want. fuck parties. it makes zero sense in 2016 not to take the popular vote.
You do realize he got a substantial role in crafting the democratic party platform right? He would not have gotten that if he didn't fall in line. He wanted some concessions from her and he got them because he's backing her. This is how the game is played. Yeah I'm not voting because both of the candidates suck balls. The fuck am I supposed to do about it? He's not backing out, he just has to fight behind the scenes now.
>>696362823 America is the primary country of the planet. All eyes are constantly on us, we currently influence the world more than any other nation and have been doing it for a few hundred years. Eurofags and the rest of those foreigners know all about the US election and politics. Why? Because we're fucking important. No one gives a shit about other nations politics because they don't fucking matter. Moreover, an armed populace had always been a necessity for preventing tyranny. Also people could just get guns illegally in the lesser countries.
>>696363538 I'll never understand why so many people blame "the two party system." The Democrats and Republicans simply follow the polls. They say what the majority of people say they want to hear. The parties' stated beliefs are constantly changing to appease the masses. Your beef isn't with "the two party system," it's with the morons who make up the majority of the voters in the country.
>>696363558 >being this deluded Look, everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I just don't think you appreciate what a back-stab this was to his supporters, and how much worse its made by non-voters. Look, I never like Bernie, socialism is not the way of the future. It brings everyone down in an effort to boost the few.
But in either case, when you choose not to vote, you choose to tell Hilary that you're basically OK with everything she's done.
>>696363765 That's some deep rooted delusion right there. If you think the whole world has their eyes on the US you are right, buts its because they are another piece of the puzzle, not THE fucking puzzle piece.
If you don't pay attention to the rest of the world like you claim they do to us, then you are the retarded american that everyone talks about. Not that I'm going to wait on your reply to go ahead and assume you are.
>>696364391 >He doesn't have the skills necessary to run a country.
No person/president/politician can do every little minute task.
What sets the good ones apart however are the ones who know how to find and appoint highly qualified people to the positions to be in charge of those tasks.
That would be Trump. As a CEO he has to do this with his many businesses. Do you really believe he fixes the plumbing, configures the computers, programs the phone systems, etc in all of his businesses? If so, you're a fool.
Trump knows how to delegate these tasks. That is what a CEOs job is.
>>696364399 I don't pay attention to other countries because they don't fucking matter. Anyone who told you different was just trying to get into your pants. How's that Kool-Aid taste? You spilled a little on your shirt
>>696364391 >the president holds so much power Dude, you know what the president does right? It isnt like im voting for a congressman, it is the president. Merely a representative of the people, amd yes i want trump to be that representative. It isnt like he is going to be all alone up there making decisions, he will have advisors. You are making the presidential race out to be something bigger than it is. Now if trump was running for congressman in my district, fuck that.
Wiki-leaks strikes again. I love how the Dems are already spinning it as Putin putting it out. BS. The system is rigged just like Bernie and Donald said. Debbie Wasserman Shultz was booed off the stage this morning at a breakfast she was giving, and she won't be gaveling in the DNC convention later today. It will be interesting to see how this effects the election.
>>696364378 Trump got a bump during the Republican Convention. I'm sure Clinton is getting one now for the Democratic Convention. Since Trump's bump only put him on par with Clinton, I don't see him ever taking the lead.
because of the billions of dollars that go into shutting down ANYONE other than the 2 parties? hurrdurr. dense much? notice how we hear the "lesser of two evils" thing every single election cycle? it's because we're fed the same fucking bullshit every time. any new voices, new people, fresh blood....they're all stifled by career politicians, media control, and private interest groups.
This >>696358760 Was a Berniefag. Don't believe in him now (at all) since he literally endorsed Hillary knowing full well he got scammed out of the nomination by her and her cohorts. As far as I can see at this point, Bernie talked the talk, but doesn't actually walk the walk. Very disappointed. No democracy there at all in the Democratic Party (how ironic they call themselves "democrats").
Will be voting Trump. At least he is not part of the establishment and at this point all I can hope for is sending a message to the establishment that we are sick and tired of being screwed by them.
Vote for Trump at this point or you are confirmed for a fool and a sheep.
>>696365068 See that's the problem. I want to be a real fucking American like we were looked at like we were back in the day. We have become the laughing stock of the world because of it. The other fucking I had some Arab ask me why he don't have another revolution to show the world our people still have balls. Its assholes like that make being an American almost a shameful thing. Fuck you
>>696364994 >dense much? Delusional much? Do you think that those "new voices" are somehow excluded from the general election? Anyone is free to vote for them. The majority of people simply do not agree with them and choose not to vote for them.
>>696365565 >wah i care what other people think about me so much Fuck you lol. If you cared so much youd go get a rifle and do something, but youre are a bitch beta coward who would rather bitch until something changes. Get into politics, change the sustem, get into the media and write your stories, but nah bitching while working your shitty office job is what youre good at.
>>696358372 I understand the mistrust of the DNC and Hillary but you have to think of it from their perspective. Hillary has been planning to be President for a very long time and I'm sure that the DNC promised her their support prior for the 2008 election. But then out of fucking nowhere comes Obama and the chance to elect the first black President. So the DNC cut a deal with Hillary that if she went quietly and supported Obama, they would throw their full support behind her in 2016 and would do anything to get her elected, including sabotaging any other candidate. She stepped aside and took one for the team in 08' and she's just collecting what the DNC owes her now.
>>696358372 This just shows that the Democrats are just as fucked up if not more so than the Republicans. The Republicans have one big glaring problem, the dems have a systematic one. The people tried to gut the republcan establishment with the team party movement. Maybe dems should gut the Democrat party with "feel the bern" movement.
>>696365867 Im tired of this so I'll let you know I was severely exaggerating my patriotism just to piss you off. No one is this stupid. I do believe that America is the most influential country in the world, we invented most of the important shit we have today. Cars, the internet, you name it. It's not just inventions, our government was unique back in the day and set a lot of precedents.. Yadda yadda, it's alot more than 10%. Safe to say the world would be unrecognizable if America had never existed. I do think other countries may surpass us in minor aspects of sensibility, but they're inherently less significant and tend to have lower pooulation, which makes democracy easier. This will be my last response
>>696365729 I was referring to >>696365068 And >>696363765 ...and >>696365835 It honestly doesn't matter what I do, but understand this. My job brings me face to face with people around the world. I help these people to make their lives easier and to educate them. In doing so we learn who we are. I do good for the rich and the poor without a rifle or writing something for the media or some other tool you think would actually have an impact on how the world looks at us as a country. Words don't mean shit anymore you fuck. I try to redeem our image everyday because people like tarnish it. I'd rather not look like a shitty ignorant person to the rest of the world based on the words and actions of the helplessly blinded and jaded people such as yourself.
And no, it doesn't take a crystal ball to realize that investment in an index fund will result in a modest return. Trump's failure to beat that return after multiple attempts over the course of decades shows just how incredibly shitty he is at running a business.
>>696366631 >peace corp volunteer actually thinks he is an ambassador Dude why worry about what we do here, your actions alone should influence people to how Americans are. But no just because Americans back home make shitty decisions and make others laugh at you, you want everybody to subscribe to your thought process. Fuck what others think, you know who you are right? Fuck em and do your job cry baby
>>696361621 Holy Fuck Shillary, you are TOOOOOO desperate now! 1. >DNC leak is being tied back to the Trump campaign. Lol It was Wikileaks, you moron. They have 20,000 DNC emails. Do you even know who Wikileaks really is? Do you even Julian Assange? Do you even Kristinn Hrfnsson?
Pretty obvious where this came from to anybody with half a brain and international consciousness.
Fyi, Trump doesn't have the money nor the infrastructure, nor the inside undercover operatives inside and close to the government to obtain 1 frickin text message, let alone tens of thousands of emails.
You are so fucking stupid that you shouldn't even be allowed to be on the internet, kid.
>>696366621 I bet they have been hacked 10 times over...I bet they all have. Their laundry is probably just as dirty....but it just hasn't been leaked. This should not be a surprise to anyone....making a big deal about this just makes the rift bigger.
>>696367121 I'm a hardworking American that is always willing to lend a helping hand and not ask for anything in return. Why is wrong to ask everyone in this country do the same? That's literally asking everyone to be decent human being so please tell me what's wrong with that.
>>696366961 >so yes i think trump shouldve had a crystal ball and he shouldve played it safe I dont say this word, but damn you sound like a cuck. You think trump shouldve just played it safe and never tried anything new
>>696367376 >my morals and philosophy are the only ideologies people should ascribe to And they say leftists arent authoritarians. Idk man, maybe that people are free to believe what they want? What is wrong in me asking that people in this country quit believing in democratic principles?
Think logically for one moment. Put your feelz aside, and realize these simple facts.
1. Both Trump and Hillary are corrupt liars 2. Both Trump and Hillary have their personal financial gains ahead of the public's interests. 3. These are the only 2 candidates on the ballot that could actually win. 4. ONE of these 2 is bought and paid for by Vladimir Putin, and guess what, it's NOT HILLARY.
So do you want to vote for the candidate that has Russia's interests over America's?
>>696367445 >You think trump shouldve just played it safe and never tried anything new I didn't say that. I replied to the idiots praising his business "success." He can try and fail all he wants. My only issue is when people point to his wealth as a sign that he would make a good president while ignoring the massive failures throughout his career.
>>696367631 Real easy to say that in hindsight. If he'd have done that and the market would've been bad more years than it was good, then you Monday morning quarterbacks would be, "He should've used that money to start a company and have been worth XX billion instead of just X."
>>696367600 Wasn't really what I was asking about, but anyway. As a Finn, I don't see how he poses a threat. His trade policy is economically illiterate though, but I'm sure that'll change quickly if he'd get elected. It's not like he would acually do much, he'd have plenty of people doing the works.
And even though I'm secular, I'm not a fan of putting down religion as a whole.
>>696367681 If trump ever took an exam he wouldn't of even hired the person who hired the person to take the exam for him. He would then pass off the job of hiring the person to refute the claims that his hired employee that he didn't hire made a 2% mistake on the exam.
Trump would be completely missing from the entire equation except for his name in gold on the name line...
I don't hate him even though I'm leery of his socialism, I think he was still a far superior candidate to Hillary.
The issue I had with Bernie was that his estimates of how much all of his social policies would cost and how much money he could reasonably expect to raise through higher taxes on the rich were way off. One estimate I saw was that his policies would cost an additional 19 trillion dollars over 10 years in addition to our current spending and our current 20 trillion dollars in national debt. That would have us staring down 50 to 60 trillion dollars of National debt in 10 years and there's simply no way the economy could carry that kind of burden when interest payments on our debt already account for more of our budget than infrastructure and education combined.
I doubt he would have gotten all that shit passed; but it shows you that the guy doesn't grasp economics or understand that we can't indefinitely spend money that we don't have.
I am legitimately convinced that the whole left versus right stuff is just an illusion of free will. Everything we does fuels this election in some way when you get to the nitty gritty and pin point where the money cycles.
I wonder if it's more so like StarWars or more so like picking between two doors that lead to the same room.
>>696367921 >implying $4 Billion isn't notable When you have over a billion to start with, no, increasing that by a measly 300% over the course of 28 years is not notable at all. Well, maybe notable in that it's an incredibly poor return.
>>696368278 not really sure what you're talking about...but I've been on 4chan for like 8 years and one thing I know for sure..it's random... there aren't rules, and if you think there are then you're a fucking faggot.
>>696368518 >"I have no reasoning skills and it gets me into trouble quite often, as I always seem to hold fucking stupid beliefs about everything, and I try to defend them without anything to back them up."
>>696366814 I think the parties are outdated. For Republicans...its the marriage to the religious right. If they drop that, alot of the social aspects would not be so contested. With Dems, for being a party of intellectuals and compassionates, they lose on the high ground fighting in the trenches. They lack the savagery that prevails in the real world. Or if they hold their own....turns out they are crooked as all hell.
>>696368399 We define what's good. Do you really think helping the less fortunate or are willing to sacrifice for the need of your fellow brothers isn't gonna change the image of anyone or are you just trying to be the summer edgelord
>>696368813 >Because the bad stuff about Trump is way worse. he hurts people's feelings, oh no
he's seriously the only candidate whose primary focus is establishing security for the country, both Hillary and Bernie wanted to bring refugees in. Why should I vote for somebody whose primary interest isn't of the AMERICAN CITIZENS?
>>696360871 you sy these things like there are not legitimate reasons to vote against trump. what about his feelings on dictators? what about Putin? what about the fact that normally he makes money through bankrupting companies?
>>696368233 If the stock market were to crash so hard that an investment in an index fund would do worse than a 300% return over 30 years, then we would have much more to worry about than who is running for president right now.
