So I unplugged the sata and I rebooted and I was brought to a spec screen and I rebooted again with the sata plugged in

Put a strong magnet on the hard drive. This will tell the microcontroller on the hard drive to do a reboot. That should fix it

I have no sympathy for stupidness ... again ill tell you your hard drive is crapping out cause there isnt enough room to properly work with the swap file and usually you should always keep atleast 10 percent of the drive free but what most people dont realize is that you can usually free up a few gigs just from the temp files but if you choose to ignore the proper help then as i said i have no sympathy for you bro , I have been working in PC repair for 23 years amongst everything else electrical ;)

Another possibility is to install Ophcrack (password recovery) on a disk, then boot from it and it will allow you to view the partitions. You could still recover the drive this way if you clear the windows partition.
