Theres tons of parks around new orleans and boat launches for lake ponchatrain the "kenner boat launch" has a two spot that has lures on both 24/7. Theres a 3 spot in city park and theres a park in kenner with a 4 spot. in metairie theres a 3 spot in lafraniere park
Also audobon zoo has a pokestop at EVERY single aninal enclosure and people catchs rares non stop. Its a good city for pogo

Exactly. I used the free incense you get while leveling. Went from finding a Pokemon every 2-3 mins to every 15-30 seconds. It's quite dumb how "pay to win" this game is. And don't get me started about lucky eggs....
