Work for a temp agency for one day type jobs. On days that you feel like working, give them a call and ask for work. Tell them you don't want to work more than 1 day. Be very firm about that (otherwise they will try to give you a normal 40hr job). Explain your situation. Work a few hours and come back on another day that you feel like working.

Put absolutely zero pressure on yourself to work. If you feel like working a day, good. If not, that's ok too. You should at least know who to call on those days that you feel like working.

I'm an auto mechanic. I never deal with customers and only have problems if I fuck up. I work with 15 other technicians and only one of them is remotely a normie. There's even 1 legitimate sperglord. Everyone gets along pretty well and you can ignore them all if you really want.

I was totally unskilled till I went to technical school. There are no females or cool guys there so it was easy to get through for someone with social anxiety. Like my job, you can basically ignore everyone else the whole time and no one will give you shit unless they see you doing/saying retarded things.
