Staff used the roof as a place to smoke cigarettes on their breaks and didn't usually lock it afterwards since nobody was going to try and break in from the roof. Staff at a lot of places don't keep doors locked for convenience, even if they're supposed to.

Yeah, plus for someone who doesn't know anyone with such a disorder or has it themselves that's difficult to understand. When I had some of my paranoid episodes I was running through the rain all night to hide and shit. Broke into a house, was seeing people hunting me, was completely sure about things which in hindsight don't make any sense and am still not sure if some things I've witnessed are even real or not.

I've run over train tracks imn a busy train station and even hid in a high voltage distribution room. I could've died on many occasions and still hope I'll never have to experience another episode. Can and most probably will happen tho.

So I think the girl ending up in the water tank is totally "normal" for someone with a psychotic episode. Poor thing.

That's some intense shit man, at least you seem to be coping with it. With bipolar you can get paranoid delusions too, my gf was studying abroad and had an episode. She thought she was possessed and was screaming and wouldn't let anyone near her, and they had to restrain her.
To this day she has no idea what caused it. Lam obviously looks like she's hiding. She was either having a severe manic episode or maybe was misdiagnosed and was actually schizophrenic (which happens often)
