I use to get shit like this when I was heavier. It was a hard under the skin zit that would be hard to pop unless you let it be. Then it was be a nasty bloody pop. It was usually an ingrown hair and if you pop it and don't clean it well, the pimple will come back.

don't try to pop it. don't press on it.
what you need to do is bring it to a head and let it drain on its own. don't use any neosporin or dumb shit either.

go to the drug store
buy a draw-out salve
buy a package of gauze and sports bandages
place a decent amount of the salve on the gauze
place the gauze on top of it where it looks like it would be the head
cover it with a bandage

leave that thing on for like 8 hours. sleep with it on if you have to. after 8 hours or so, remove all that shit and get a washcloth out.

turn the hot water on and get the washcloth hot. ring it out and put that fucker on that boil. hold it there- don't press down
it'll sting slightly but it'll also go numb within seconds
hold the washcloth there until the washcloth cools. this should only take a few minutes.

repeat.

anon, this thing may just start draining after that first run. if not, dry the spot off and reapply the gauze with salve on it. not the old one. throw that thing away.

do this until it drains. you are less likely to deal with infection, /b/ro.

I am not a doctor yet, but to me, this looks like an abscess. I think you should go to a dermatologist or in the very least, a general physician for a medical opinion. Most likely they will do a small operation, or refer you to someone who can and they will do an incision and drainage and maybe give you some antibiotics.
