should take a few weeks, you will have to replace the Gauze in the wound every 3 days. Keep changing the bandages over the packed in gauze daily until the oozing stops.

Put the razorblade down. Use four fingers, I suggest both index and thumbs, around the wound. Press down first, hard, before bringing your fingers together.

Continue until the patient can't stand it. You will need to rinse the area thoroughly with warm salt water. Can't stress this enough. Make sure that water gets into the infected area. Continue rising until it is clean water flowing out.

After you can continue cutting the infected area open to get deeper. But I've had success with letting it heal a little then going back in.

There will be a nasty scar but it will heal.

Sterilise needle and knife. Open cyst. Use clean bandages, alcohol and hydrogen peroxide to clean out all of wound. Cut away loose skin as much as possible or to pain threshold. Open periodically, usually 2-3 times a day, to clean wound and apply antibacterial. Apply new anti stick bandage. Repeat.

Had to do this several times myself. Just remember that if it's a cystic abscess, it may have a sac wall that has adhered to the inside of the wound that you can't remove yourself, meaning that the cyst will return slowly in reasonable time.

My best advice: go to urgent care and get that shit taken care of. If she's old enough this can be very life threatening.
