Ok are we talking producer or DJ? There's a major distinction.
In terms of DJing, legends like Grandmaster Flash or experienced A Trak are very good skill wise
In therms of producing, I by far vote Savant
(In terms of actual live sets though I still vote Savant, or Porter Robinson).

I haven't really listened to deadmau5 in a while, but his production was/is really good. I've just kind of moved away from the electro sounding stuff and now prefer the heavier techno.
