This happened to me for about a week after I played through Katawa Shoujo but I got over it pretty quickly.

No there is no magical fix... The crucible was the only chance, and the only thing the crucible does is implement a new solution to the organic life/AI eternal conflict... Otherwise organic life and machines would never stop killing eachother

I've never taken a Tali romance save into ME3, but without the Citadel DLC Jack's is disappointing. You meet up with her after a mission early on, you dance... and that's about it. With the DLC she comes to your apt and tattoos you so she can identify your body, just in case.
