10/10 series or movies, looking for something new to watch
depends on what you like..
right off the top of my head,
spartacus on netflix
the black list
allot of those are scifi, a couple you should probably start off watching a specific episode instead of the first episode of the first season.. it will probably put you off of the whole show
Every fag on here will recommend Better Call Saul—don't bother, it sucks.
House of Lies
The Americans, maybe. A lot of people don't like it.
I watched the one episode and I sent the link to a guy I know on my teamspeak and halfway through a normal conversation all you hear is some guy yelling "BURT AINT GOT NO DICK" really fast about 5 times
You dont fuck with Burt or Kai man
GAME OF motherfucking THRONES
>House of Cards
>It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia
>Band of Brothers
>V for Vendetta
Just woke up and I can't really think of anything else. When I start to remember other stuff, I'll post again.
That show was very boring. His sister is incredibly annoying. The mexican female lieutenant is ugly and annoying. Angel talks like has a birth defect in his mouth. Dexter is not at all convincing as something with a psychopathology.
This. Best show in the history of moving pictures.
50 minutes of boring uber-liberals pretending to be conservatives
3 minutes of Christina Hendricks being a whole lotta woman.
I suggest just skipping through each episode to the sexy lady parts, the rest of the it is an embarrassingly poorly researched caricature of middle 20th century living.
I really liked the original version of The Killing (ie not the American one). Felt a bit slow to start but found it impossible to stop once I was into the storyline. If you can't into subtitles it's not for you though.
I like fags like you who decide to hate shows based on absolutely nothing "too slow = objectively boring and bad hurr durr". It's the most intelligent show ever aired, with an extraordinary amount of attention to detail. There's an actual character drama there you know, it's not just about how the 60's were.
The new Netflix series is great. Starts out a bit slow but worth sticking with it.
Black Sails. Check it out if you like pirate stuff. Best show I've ever seen, and I watch a lot of shit. Better than Breaking bad, GoT, etc. Has an insanely good story. Currently 2 seasons of it.
You should really watch True detective
watched the final episode yesterday
>already miss that glorious bastard
A show slightly based on history about when pirates held Nassau. Avery realistic presentation on the social aspects of pirates. IT has good drama, and action. Have to have captions on for some of the really dirty British talk. But yeah worth a binge watch.
In no order.... The Wire, Breaking Bad, Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, Rome, Prison Break, Dexter, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, The Borgias, Ray Donovan, House of Cards, True Detective, Sons of Anarchy, Boardwalk Empire, Vikings, Deadwood, Father Ted, Office (GB), Justified, Homeland, The Killing, The Americans, Hell on Wheels, Marco Polo, Black Sails, Fortitude, (Trash but fun: Penny Dreadful, Dracular, Salem etc). I probably forgot some others
if you think dexter is 10/10, avoid losing this illusion by watching a real 10/10 series like:
house of cards
keep watching bullshit like:
game of thrones
the walking dead
trinity dexter season was the only good one
This is a hard question anon, it all depends if you are a homosexual or normal.
If you answered normal, look for monstor trucks, sport , those second hand shows , or American restoration.
If you are an unfortunate homosexual ( virgins also included in this list ) then you will like everything else made by the Zionist propganda machine, including most shows mentioned by homosexuals in this thread.
I sincerely hope you are normal.
Your friend anon.
I loved Dexter up till season 5. After that it got really tedious.
Series I'm watching now:
Person of Interest
Franklin and Bash
My guilty pleasures: NCIS and Grey's Anatomy
Series that are canceled but I still loved:
Better off Ted
Homeland geez wrist slashing show, it's 60minutes of watching Claire Danes sex face
I'm gonna say it just once more and then I'm leaving this shithole.
If you enjoy sci-fi, psychological thrillers, incredible acting skill and intelligent storytelling, give Dollhouse a shot. It's available on Netflix and probably other places, and while it doesn't have the critical acclaim as most of the shows I'm seeing in this thread, it's as good as any of them, better than many. You won't regret it, anon.
Hannibal. If you liked Dexter this ones for you my friend.
Bates motel, just started watching it really good
I watched Dollhouse and was only disappointed it was too short. Not the best show, but it was great.
I then immediately watched Tru Calling. A great show, not the best as well. Also too short.
I'm uneasy for lots of reasons for the second season.
Different multiple directors, filming & writing time constraints, too many people watching their every move during production, general over all pressure.
Most often expectations are hard to live up to when so much is riding on it.
Does Nic Pizzolatto have the ability to present another compelling story with characters just as interesting without seeming too much as if caricatures of season one ?
So much to live up to.
Nigga shush, it's entertaining.
It's a pretty good mix between Rick and Morty and Archer.
> CTRL + F
> Only one time Fargo, but x Time Dexter
and if you... FUCK IT, WATCH FARGO !
I went into it without any preconceptions, expected a dark Cop Drama and ended up getting some kind of H.P. Lovecraft meets Tennesee Williams Headfuck.
Also a God Tier piece of Theme Music.
I swear, I'm at the point where I'd rather go hiking, shooting, diving, travelling, and have my own adventures than watch them on TV or a screen.
I do sometimes enjoy procedural novels and non-fiction, though.
mix o' everything
The Whitest Kids You Know, Workaholics, The Bondoocks, Rick and Morty, Bobs Burgers, Six Feet Under, Life on Mars (UK), It's always Sunny in Philadeplhia, Black Miorror, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Deadwood.
Zach G. and Eliza Dushku, scifi-ish plots. Kinda fun. 10/10
lol you slate better call saul, your opinion I guess...but you state 'penny dreadful', as your goto example?
It's a very average show that had a good first episode and then fucked it.
Ok, here's my feeling about this one.
First, i knew about with the Simpson episode, and the Iron Maiden song, and as i like shows like this, i mean 60's-70's like Twilight Zone and Kolchak. I watched like, the 6 first episodes and GOSH, it was rubbish. Come on, every image is the same, like the choppers shots, or ocean shots. So, maybe you'd say "That's an old show, with limited budget" but man, even the story was shitty, it doesn't move of any mm and episodes have no links.
How did it turn to shit? It's one of the best series out there. And I feel bad for you that you didn't get to experience last night's finale, because it was awesome.
Wasn't "awesome", good but not "awesome". I mean, SPOILYOUFAGGOTS Morgan was really expected (finally) and we still don't know anything exciting about the "W" Oh, and no one died (Pete doesn't count, was expected)
kek, they sacked the guy who created the series, sacked the writer's. and slashed the budget.
Seriously they replaced the guy who directed 'the sureshank redemption' with a no talent hack and you can tell exactly when it happened.
There is a YouTube video about the story of it's rape. It's on 'yourmoviesuck', check it out.
It's truely awful.
Hannibal might be the highest quality thing ever put on tv.
Incredible camerawork, acting, and editing.
You know how Dexter should have ended?
It should have ended with Dexter killing someone who ended up being innocent.
Like, let's say that the person confessed to the crime but the confession was tossed out because the police coerced it from the person. Dexter decides to do his thing on the person and kill him. Later he finds out that the person was innocent and he has a history of false confessions, maybe he's a little slow mentally or something.
I would've enjoyed seeing how Dexter would react to such a scenario.
The whole show was about Dexter and whether he would get caught or not, which I found boring. I would've liked to see more ethical situations brought up, like what he would do had he killed an innocent person.
