i got sent to the spych ward once.. it was not fun to say the very least. i got put on cipralex and mirtazepine (antipsychotic) and the mirtazepine fucked me up. like not as in got me high but it did a lot of negativ shit. while i was on it (and for about a year after) my head/neck was very shaky and i couldnt turn my head without it visibly shaking. once my family and friends noticed i stopped taking it and a year later it stopped. im now on vyvanse (amphetamines) and seroquel which is a less powerful antipsychotic and its great for sleep. but fuck, after visiting that ward, i was out of it and really drugged up for a while. eventually things started seeming like a dream. really fucked up.

to me it seems a little bit weaker

and its not abusable because you cant snort it, and instead of being extended release, it metabolizes at a certain rate and your liver can only do it so fast so say if you take a shitload it wont all kick in together, but it will make the effects last a very very long time.
idk if that makes sense the way i explained it but if you look it up its probably much easier to understand lol.
and ive taken extra about half way through the day before and a few hours later i felt like i was on speed. and it was really different from the adderall feeling. also awake feeling speedy all night even with the seroquel which usually makes me crash.
and yeah having soething to bring you down at night after being on amphetamines during the day reaaallly helps the comedown and helps get to sleep. and seroquel doesnt really fuck you up, it just kinda makes you drowsy which is good when your feeling speedy at night.
