You will always be born male and you will always have that chromosome, but you can do traditionally womanly duties no problem.

Just because genetics dictate our sex, it doesn't uniformly dictate our societal roles as much as it did before, such as men being hunters because of our ability to have game sense and 30% more muscle tone simply because they were built for that. Sometimes I don't understand why there is such an extensive list of identities considering anything that isn't male or female is indecisive and shouldn't exist.

Personally I'm male but I commonly refer to myself as female for my feminine demeanor and looks and stats, but I'm unsure about who I am, so I guess I would be considered genderfluid, but I feel feminine so I just consider myself female. There's a difference between your biological sex and your psychological sex. When they don't match, you get this.
