You live in an area where cannabis is legal so probably cheaper than over here in the UK where it's still illegal, I only mix with 10% tobacco and that hardly even changes the effects or taste it just means my supply lasts for 10% longer.

Is it normal to hear voices when you're stoned? I was high a few days ago and I could hear people talking, but I could't see anyone and then I heard a man bark at me like a dog from about 1 foot away, which made me jump. I haven't smoked weed since.

Could I be developing schizophrenia? I used to hear 'voices' but they were more like random thoughts that weren't mine in my head rather than actual voices.
