Go to store and buy gortons frozen, breaded fish fillets

Also buy: corn tortillas, red onion, shredded cabbage, cilantro, limes, shredded cheese, mayo, jar of jalapenos, garlic salt, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper.

Step 1: Put fish in the oven.

Step 2: Cut up red onion, cabbage and limes

Step 3: Mix about 1 cup of mayo with about 4 tbspns of jalapeno juice (yeah, the stuff in the jar) 2 tbspn paprika, and 1 tspn garlic powder, cumin and cayenne pepper. Change proportions to taste. Make delicious ass sauce.

Step 4: Fish should be done, take them out.

Step 5: heat up tortillas on griddle. melt cheese on them.

Step 5: Take tortillas off, add some sauce you made to them, put on a fish fillet. Add onions, cilantro and cabbage. Squeeze about 1/8-1/4 of a lime on each taco (depending on how much you like lime).

I promise these will be some of the best tacos you've ever had. For great justice add bacon, avocado, or both.
