Hey op, I just started pst recently when I found the local supermarket selling 250g hoyts brand seeds.
I use two containers and have only done it about three times so far so have a bit of work to do to get the extraction right.
I do two washes but have never finished the second glass, end up throwing it out the next day partly because it tastes like utter shot but my favorites past is going to bed it feels amazing and I love the itch.

*I use a sport bottle because you can shake it then open the top and squeeze the water through, keeping all the seeds contained.

I used to drink very irresponsibly while taking benzos for anxiety. There's cross tolerance between them, as you probably know, so using one increases your tolerance for the other, and vice versa. I've been in jail numerous times for it and finally had to just quit the booze. I'm not in AA or anything and occasionally do drink, but I'm too old for that shit, really. I drink maybe once every few months, usually when I'm pissed off, then remain hungover the whole next day.
